Through our history at CLA we have prided ourselves on the belief that cooperation, coordination and communication are as important as our technological expertise. Our history began 1984 with our Incorporation as a consulting engineering firm specializing in all aspects of Civil Engineering. We're located in Norwich at 317 Main Street.

While progressing in broadening our engineering key staff, experience and complexity of projects, we have developed relationships with several associated firms providing wetland, geotech, landscaping, traffic, environmental and planning services. We have grown and maintained a staff level so that we can respond to the needs of our various clients and their specific project requirements.
We've established many engineering affiliations and relationships across a broad variety of firms throughout the years. These engineering affiliations have grown into relationships that have been valuable to our growth. CLA provides a full range of civil site engineering and planning services for a variety of private and municipal clients in Connecticut. From initial feasibility and land use studies straight through construction administration, CLA prepares site plans which pay close attention to cost-efficient engineering for our clients.
