It's very unfortunate and sad that I am posting this review. Jogip Property Mgmt managed our Arlington property for about 10 years but during the past year it has failed miserably by failing to respond to my emails, telephone calls related to property maintenance and other tenant issues. Antonio, the owner, has pretty much shunned his responsibilities to us as client by just offering a few apologies but no course of action to try to rehabilitate their credibility. He even hired Mega who was supposed to troubleshoot the ongoing clients' complaints about two months ago but she also has

When we first viewed the home it was directly after the snow storm, pipes busting, etc... We were under the impression that the things that we noticed that day ( the fence) would be repaired. Directly after our walk through of the home we noticed the garage had wires hanging everywhere. When the issue was addressed because the garage door does not lock and it's a home with all women and a baby that comes home late. I was told the owners snatched the motor head out for whatever reason and they are not willing to fix it. It's a safety issue at this point. The fences are torn missing several pieces

Moving to a new city and not having any idea where we wanted to buy, we decided to rent. The bright spot in our rental situation has BY FAR, been the team at JoGip...primarily Jacqueline and Ariel. We have been without air conditioning for three days and temperatures have been in excess of 100 degrees. We have reached out to them now nearly 20 times and only get their answering service. The best we can get from rhem is they are waiting on the home owners to approve repairs. They were sure to send a reminder that rent would be due on the first, all the while we have to shut ourselves in one room around one window unit to keep from having heat strokes. It hasn't been a good experience with this property management company thus far. We have had issues from almost day 1. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner. When asking questions about the home or application they would take a day or more to respond in some instances, or just not at all. I sent Jackie an email after she had sent me something in regards to a rental verification, and I never heard back from her. This is not a company you want to hire. I have rented from many houses and many apartments and this was a horrible experience with both the house and the management company. They do not make timely repairs, they search around and have people who do the job cheap then has to be done again and again. Office was rude at times ("we have other properties to be dealing with I can't send my time on y'alls")... because y'all haven't fixed anything and there is a lake in the front yard now! Also staff was not good to work with seemed clueless at times and difficult to work

I hardly ever write bad reviews but this one is so deserved. This is the worst Rental experience I've ever had. The communication is awful. No wonder interns phone calls. They don't follow up with maintenance requests. They charged me late fees of $100 for a move out payment that I didn't even know I needed to pay. I was never late on my rent.

They ought to be named JOKE-GIP because they are, in a word: INCOMPETENT. This basement operation likes to call themselves a business but they're not one. Upon leasing my apartment in January 2017, I was back and forth with their 'Leasing Coordinator' over a dozen times. First she sent a lease with the wrong dates. Then she sent a lease without the included utilities, then she rewrote it a third time and assured me over and over again that my electric was included even though I questioned the validity of this statement. Worst company ever!!! DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM!!! I just moved about 2months ago and it's been the worst experience ever!!! They will lie to you just to get you to lease with them and once you do they'll say something different!!!! Before I moved they said the parking did not need sticker for the veh. Since I specifically told them I would need a parking space for each of my vehicles they said it would be no problem! For an apartment building built in the 20s, this place use to be charming. Since JoGip took over management it has become a dump. The place hasn't been cleaned inside in over a year. I am ashamed to have guest over.

I am a current renter and someone broke into my home on a Friday Night. I called the emergency maintenance number so that my back door could at least be boarded up or repaired ASAP. However, there is no real system in place. You call and it forwards you to some poorly setup voicemail that sounds like someone butt dialed you. I have called several times and left messages as well as put in a work order on the site. In all honesty, I asked that the door be replaced last year or the year before but they only come out and replace the weather strip. Here it is Sunday still no word from anyone at JoGip

I attempted to rent an apartment from JoGip Properties, they took my deposit and is now claiming a 75% re-market fee. When renting an apartment from JoGip Properties, you can only hold a unit if you have a deposit put down. You can only put a deposit down by signing their 'hold' agreement. In this agreement it states that a 75% re-market fee will incur if you don't go through with renting the apartment. As an out of state first time landlord they were not helpful. Poor communication. Received a request for information in the morning that turned into a cancellation of services later that day after hours so I could not call. I was told great things about this company, however this has been the most horrendous experience. Not once did anyone in their office pick up the phone......to only get an email we are not a good fit for you They are right! Good business is about relationship building through effective communication!

I am an out of state multi-property owner and have been with JoGip since 2013. I was with a different company for a number of years and was no longer satisfied with them. I interviewed a number of companies in the area and JoGip stood out for several reasons. I was impressed with their options for month to month contracts, regular ACH payments to property owner/landlord, multiple payment options for tenants and easy access to the company.
