I had an absolutely great experience in this shop. I needed to change brake fuel, which was done very fast and efficient. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They answered million of my questions with great patience and enthusiasm. You can see when people love their work and know what they are doing. I think it will become my go-to repair shop.

Milpitas Auto has been my go to shop since having my e92, and is one honest shop that you can find here in the Bay Area. Primo (owner) and staff are highly knowledgeable of both import and domestic cars. They will let you know of what needs to be done whether it's a small fix or routine maintenance for your vehicle.

We moved to Milpitas from the valley and found our go to spot that won't rip us off like every mechanic seems to want to do. Very happy I found this place, won't be going anywhere else. We went for battery service at a different shop (not naming names but starts with q) and was quoted almost triple the amount MAR charged us for the same service. Very happy.

This auto body, mechanic is excellent. Go here if you want reliable mechanics, great price, service. Very professional. Trusted resource for your car, truck every time. Honest business.

Hao has been very easy to deal with. He is polite, straightforward and has helped me check car battery multiple times with reasonable cost.
My car was due for a Smog check and he was kind enough to run an extra check on the car.
I trust this shop to get my BMW serviced.

Don't trust this auto repair shop especially Primo (owner).Yes, they will fixed the problem in your car but charged you double on parts and labor. Beware of this non honest business and bad practice of overcharging the customer.

I drove by yesterday morning for an Oil Change for my Honda HR-V But was told by Hao that it's better if I come back the next day in the AM. This morning upon arriving Hao took my car in immediately. The oil change was quick and no up-sells (much appreciated). This mechanic shop is really honest and CHEAP! my car requires synthetic-oil and most places quoted me $70 but at Milpitas Auto Repair Shop I only paid a fraction of that price. Thank you Hao !!!

Changed the battery on my SL500 and the battery light came on. Went to a few places and all could not do it. The. My cousin referred me to Milpitas Auto Repair since that's where he has been talking all his cars for service. I met Primo and told him my problem. He hooked it up to his computer and located the battery reset light. He reset it for free and told me to see if that fixed it for no charge. He said if that is not the cause then he would dive dive deeper to figure out the problem. Well, that fixed it and has been fine ever since. For something that could have cost hundreds at the dealer

I am happy that I found this auto repair shop. Cigarette lighters in my car weren't working, Haw was very quick in identifying the issue. A fuse in the fuse panel was blown away. He replaced the fuse with an assurance that he would replace if it blows up again. Price quoted was unbelievably low. Very satisfying experience. Haw was very friendly and a humble man. I would got back to him again for all my auto repair needs.

Just went in for a check since my tire pressure light was on. Was charged $20 just to fill air in my tires. Not recommended.

This is the place to go if you need anything done on your car i recently had an issue with my car that I tried to solved on my own because I like to work on my own car I replaced so many stuff on my car and still could find what was wrong with it, took it this shop and found the issue within 30 min really fast not like those other shops that take a day or even longer. They fixed my car and now it's back on the road I'm so happy I will never ever try another shop this is where I'm coming if I need anything for my car. I first used their service when I needed an oil change on my BMW X3 F25, dealers and some big name bmw specialists were asking for close to $100 plus tax. I came here and spoke with Primo who is the owner, he charged me $25 for labor and I supplied him the parts (oil and filter). All together came out to about $65. Not big savings but I put in the best oil available even better then what bmw genuine oil is. So it was a much better deal.

Then I had to get my rear brake pads and rear rotors replaced. BMW dealer in Mtn. View quoted me $935, I got better quality akebono euro ceramic pads

This is a long overdue review but I believe I have to for other's sake. My dad brought my mom's car here for transmission problems. They took forever to finish it and my mom's car still hd problems after!!! They only want your money! Go somewhere else!!

I wasn't too thrilled with my experience at this place. I went there for the first time to take care of one item (prepaid via Groupon), was asked to come back after an hour. Went back after an hour and was told that they couldn't fix that one item, but they looked at the car, and have identified about 6-7 other items that need to be fixed which will cost approx. $1500 !!! They had my cell phone - they could have simply called me as soon as they found out that they couldn't fix one item !!!

I've come to this shop a few times for an oil change since they are inexpensive. I generally bring my own oil and filter, and this is one of the few places that charges only $10 when you bring your own things. However, after today I will NEVER go back there. Like usual, I went in for an oil change with my own supplies. Once I got home, I decided to prop the hood open just to take a peek at my fluid levels since they didn't bother to check it at the shop.
