My car was spewing white smoke and stalling and I made an appointment Sunday Night and Charles came out Monday afternoon! Total lifesaver because I have work on Tuesday and need a usable car! He determined that I had an overfilled oil tank and that the smoke was actually blue and low transmission fluid. I'm glad it was nothing serious. He was kind, courteous and polite and worked efficiently even in the rain. He drained my oil and filled up my transmission fluid and now my old car runs like new! Highly recommend!

Quick, courteous and professional service !
I hadn't driven my car in weeks because of being at home most of the time due to covid. So my car's battery died, the car wouldn't start or even light up when I turned the key on. I called Mobile auto at like 9am, the call was picked up right away and I provided the details of my car. I made an appointment same day at 1pm on their website.
Chuck came on time and replaced my battery. He explained my choices and implications and helped me decide on getting a new battery. He was courteous and professional all the way. My car is running

I called Mobile Auto Works to get an estimate on truck I was interested in purchasing. Charles went above and beyond with a detailed report, pictures, and even an estimate for work that would need to be done to help me negotiate with the seller. I don't think I've ever worked with a mechanic as thorough, straightforward, and hard-working as Charles--I wish I knew somebody half as great as him in my own local area!

Last Saturday I took my car to a different mechanic to have the engine light check knowing that it wasn't safe to drive. I talk to the mechanic and explain what the problem was and that he will do a routine diagnosis and it won't be ready till late in the afternoon. So I called him and told me that it needed a new PCV Valve and hose along with a new air flow meter and gave me an estimate. I drove the car back home and noticed it was very sluggish like it wasn't picking up speed. I wasn't very happy and his shop just closed after I left so now I had no transportation and went

I'm at work, Its Friday and I've been stressing the last couple of days.
Let's go back in time,
I was replacing spark plugs and 2 coils for a BMW E60, after work and first plug no problem, second plug coil boot broke off and was melted on porcelain of plug, third same thing happen.
I bought car a while back and the boots were never coated with dielectric grease form previous owner.
I wasn't prepared for this and I was basically stranded, and all I can say is "Thank, God!"
Back to Friday, I call a guy

On Monday I was heading to my office I walked out to find my Lincoln Hybrid dead. After checking the batteries in my remote I was hoping it was just a battery. From what I understood hybrid batteries can be crazy expensive. I called Mobile Auto Works and Charles picked up immediately. He very patiently listened and gave me his suggestions and plan of action. He just to happened to have barely used batteries for my car which he would charge beforehand. I made an easy appointment on his site and received a confirmation. He showed up on time and less than an hour later

Charles offers an incredible service to used car buyers plus he was available for us on very short notice. He noticed some areas of concern with the van we were looking at, gave us the estimate for repair and we used that to negotiate for a much lower price. I needed a mechanic bad and I had no opportunity to take my truck in so I started hunting for a mobile service and came across Charles.
I cannot believe how easy he made my life by hunting down the part I needed and then bringing it to me I found no trouble communicating with him and he called me back as soon as he found the part and was able to come in I would definitely call Charles back again to work on my truck again definitely five stars!

My BMW 5 was making a noise that sounded awful. I was afraid to drive it to a shop. I called this guy out to see if he could tell me what was wrong with it. He didn't waste any time. He knew in three minutes what was wrong. He fixed a coil or something in under a hour. My car runs great.

Great service, great workmanship, on time and willing to work on my schedule. I used Charles twice in one week. The first item he fixed was a window regulator on my Chevy Volt at work.
