Honestly , to live here it is very affordable however i don’t agree with all the restrictions and regulations they have at this community. When you need something fixed, there is no form of urgency - you have to constantly follow up with the office to see if the maintenance guy is coming out and they never show. Only can have someone stay over 13 days out of the year is unreasonable and they need so much information to get anyone else on the lease— it’s crazy.
