This property has really gone downhill since Randy and Melissa have left. My mother lived there, and we couldn't wait to get her out of there. The grounds started looking horrible and the hallways were never clean. The manager was never in the office and there was never maintenance available. Melissa and Randy were the best things that happened to Pritchard Estates. Now that they are gone, I would definitely not reccommend

Melissa who works in the office was super nice. she was willing to work with our schedual, she went out of her way to send us pictures of the apartment and even offered to come in on the weekend to do lease signing. we got to pick our move in date. the apartment is super nice and clean. we are very happy!

Melissa (manager) and Randy (maintenance) do whatever they can to address any problems you may have and always do so with a quickness! They're amazing people and they deserve more than 5 stars. As far as the complex itself, I love living here. The neighbors are wonderful. So much has been done from physical appearance and function of the complex to community gatherings organized by both community members and staff. They (Randy and Melissa) go above and beyond to make this a great place to live!

I love the community here. Everyone is so nice and very friendly. Melissa has been the best land lord I could ever ask for. Her and Randy are probably the nicest people I have ever met. Randy is definitely the best maintenance guy the place has had. Prices are fair for the allegan area. I haven't found anything cheaper. If you like a quiet and friendly community then Pritchard Estates is the place to be!

Pritchard Estates is a wonderful place to live! When Mary and I moved in here 3 years ago, we didn't know it was going to be such a nice place to live! Manager, Melissa, and Maintenance Man, Randy, became our friends immediately.
Mary and I lived in a 4 bedroom house, moved to a 2 bedroom apartment here, and the transition was very smooth. The rent is reasonable, the tenants are all nice, the location is convenient, and I just HAVE to give 5 stars!

Really appreciate all the help that Melissa and Randy were when helping get my sister moved in and moved in quickly. I had so many questions and needed them answered quickly and Melissa was on it. Randy keeps the places looking nice and in great working order, and so so so helpful. The two of them were such a Godsend in a very difficult time. My sister and her husband have been residents now a little more than a month and they have made a lot of new friends and have felt welcome right from the start. Thanks again for being so friendly and professional. I'm so thankful we choose Pritchard Estates

LOVE it here! It’s a quiet community, pet friendly! Melissa and Randy SPOIL my dog! Oh and me! They jump to help with whatever they need! Melissa makes the move in process super easy, friendly just in general! Randy went as far as hooking up my washer and dryer for me just to be gracious! The apartments are located kind of in the country. Walking trails, overall love it.
