Do not live here! I lived here about two years ago and the apartment had black mold behind toilet and by air conditioner. We told front office and they did nothing about it except call us a lie. Also Stacy and Pat are crooks. They are nice when applying but switches up on you very fast.
Word of advice If you are still interested: keep receipts because they do lie and will add on charges out of no where.

I'm not happy right now, Let me start off my saying I have lived here for 3 years . It has good and bad sides. Good side, maintenances is friendly and nice, some of the office staff are friendly. I love my balcony.
Bad side, Noisy neighbors from other buildings at very early hours of the morning; rent increases each years; mold and mildew, constantly reoccurring in the main bedroom. When I call about it, I am given lame reasoning as to why it is there. The solution is to scrub it with bleach and water, then to paint over it. Happens either every other month if not every month including in the
