We were one of the first jewelers to offer eco-friendly moissanite in the 1990's and conflict-free lab grown diamonds in the early 2000's.

My husband and I got my moisannite engagement ring and both of our wedding bands with Joe. The whole experience from the beginning to end was amazing! We had a private visit back in 2017 to design my dream ring. Joe had so many options in person and online to look at. We initially chose him because we wanted a custom experience with a local AZ jeweler and specifically moisannite. Joe worked with us on our budget and was always communicative and easy to reach. My wife and I purchased diamond earrings from the team at Schubach jewelers. Joe and Margie were easy to work with and incredibly flexible, too. Joe took the time to go over all the different diamond earring styles they had to offer as well as metal and stone choices (diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, clarity enhanced diamonds and moissanite to name a few).
In the end we couldn't be happier with our purchase, and we're now talking to Joe about doing some custom jewelry using a family antique diamond. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience working with Jen Wood at Joseph Schubach Jewelers. My Valina wedding set looks like a million bucks! I worked with Jen long distance since I live in North Carolina. It was like having a personal shopper!! Jen was so patient and detailed and sent me countless photos of settings. She then shipped me samples once I narrowed down my choices and I made my selection from there. Not a day goes by that I don't receive numerous compliments on my wedding set. Greetings Schubach Jewelers and all viewers of the Schubach site. My first introduction to this amazing group was in 2007 as I searched for a designer for a "new ring I felt I needed!" From the start - I was totally impressed. After many emails and phone calls, the decision was made, and the first drawings came from Joe. My very, very soon to be husband and I worked with Joe and Beth on a custom engagement ring. And, I could not possibly love it more! The experience my fiancé an I had with the jeweler was nothing less than perfect. I called on Friday for a weekend appointment, and she scheduled me with Joe the next morning.
He walked us through the entire process. It was a really personal experience and not some canned experience you would find at a typical chain jewelry store.
Less than 10 days later we got a call saying the ring was in. I picked it up later that day, and it was PERFECT!

I'll admit: I was skeptical about purchasing moissanite. My fiancé and I looked into several different options (including synthetic diamond). It was actually him who made the final decision on moissanite. However, I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about the engagement ring I now love and adore. The center stone was GIANT --2.16 carats (something we never could've afforded had it been diamond) --and it's surrounded by equally gorgeous smaller stones.
