Nice hotel but very unpleasant receptionist. Rude and not helpful. Canceled our reservation without notice. Tried to bill us a higher rate. Very inappropriate, called my wife « honey ». Very creepy vibes. Will definitively not return.

Stayed here the other day. Left in a rush in the morning and I forgot my blanket. Called back my boyfriend went in the next day and they said they don’t have it. Makes no sense at all if it was left and was not in my car and I know I left it. I even called to see if it was left and was told to go the next day to check the lost and found. It’s sad how workers lie and steal things in stead of being honest. Owner even said his worker would never steal yeah right. It’s okay my loss your workers win.

Decent hotel, clean rooms, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, the standard amenities. I'd give it 4 stars but for two important things: 1) the hotel name says downtown but it's not in downtown. It is a good 10 blocks from downtown, a 20 minute walk. 2) no key is needed to access the elevator, stairs or internal hallways. So anyone can get to the door to your room. Sort of expected in a motel but not a hotel.

Not bad. It's pretty clean and you get what you pay for.The location is great! It's in a pretty quit area (depending on how busy the week/weekend is or hotel guests. The service is good.
Here are some tips:
- Hotel management/service closes at 10pm at night. So if you lose your keys, you can't go to the front office to get an emergency key get to your room. They have a drop box system, but that too is limited. So, make sure the spare key they give you is either locked in your car (single travelers) or given to someone else you are traveling with as a backup in case you get locked out of your

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!! This is the WORST HOTEL i have ever stayed at in my life. I decided to stay at this hotel for thanksgiving weekend(2021). I booked it for ONE night! Check in time said 3pm however i arrived way earlier than expected around 12pm. Asked the front desk receptionist(i do not know her name. But she has long brown hair and short) if we would be able to check in our room early since i just drove 6 hours and had no where to stay till 3pm. She was absolutely RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Right away she was giving attitude and was being very mean about the situation. I just calmly

Well for starters, this is not a hotel, it’s a converted motel. All doors lead to the outside, so it doesn’t feel secure. The reception area has signs saying masks are required, but the front desk agent did not have a mask on, nor did she put one on when we walked in. She’s behind glass/plastic, but the barrier isn’t full length, and given the airborne nature of our dear friend Covid, that didn’t feel like a great safety precaution. Their prices are insane, way higher than the nicer hotel we ended up leaving and going to. All around very bad experience, and I would not recommend this

Sounds like I'm not the only person with this experience.

I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date. I called them IMMEDIATELY. They said they could do nothing about it, and told me to go through Booking.com. I went through Booking.com, who said they could not reach the hotel via email or phone. Interesting, given how I literally got through to the front desk 5 min before.

This business is the type to hide behind terms and conditions. Avoid at all costs.

The on-site front desk supervisor, Norman, is one of the most aggressive and temperamental people we have ever met. We frequent paso often, and decided to try the SIRI hotel as it is one of Paso's newest hotel. The stay was decent for the most part but Norman seems to be very unorganized through most of the process. He lacks professionalism and yells at the guest when things aren't going his way. To say the least, we are never coming back here.

Second time staying here. Still new feeling, nice outdoor balcony room. Always very nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient. No breakfast or pool, but a good place to stay the night for a reasonable price, compared to other comparable places in town.

We picked this hotel based only on reviews and proximity to the downtown Paso Robles. It was claimed to be in the actual downtown and close to everything but in actually it was not. Our goal was to stay here and visit a few local wineries. The outside looked unremarkable like any common motel found anywhere. The price was very moderate at around $119 per night. But it was very last minute so we took it and hoped for the best. Well we checked in and crossed our fingers. But to our surprise this place was unbelievably clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture seemed all brand new, the carpet

I made reservations and then phoned in to cancel my reservations at a later date. Made the mistake of believing that's all it took to cancel. When I called in after charges were made to my card. I was told manager was not in and would return my call.

Called in three separate times after that and were unable to resolve my refund even though I never stepped foot on property.

I used their online chat feature

Sent an email

No response

After calling in a fourth time and trying to call a few times after that from my phone they I assume were screening my calls.

Unfortunate that I have to leave

There were loud noises in the room, gym or whatever was above us. We told the man at the front desk and he didn’t really seem to care all that much. He wasn’t very nice when we checked in and when we left after complaining about that noise. The pounding was so loud it was rattling the lights in the room. It was impossible for my wife and I to sleep. The hotel manager was outright rude when we told him about our room and wasn’t receptive to our complaints. The hotel is much different than the current reviews I have read. Maybe it’s under new management or there’s something going on. Either

Hidden gem. Someone said there was a dog kennel next door and the animals make a lot of noise? It looks like it’s an animal hospital and I didn’t hear anything barking or noises coming from the animal hospital. It was very quiet and relaxing for my wife and I. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice balconies to drink your morning coffee and close to bars downtown.

I had the most awful experience dealing with this hotel. Basically I made a reservation and then canceled it a week later. I called to make the reservation and called to cancel it. I canceled the reservation more than 1 week before the check-in date. That's normal right? Plans change? Also hotel cancellation policy was to cancel 24 hours before check-in. Anyways....

The evening of my original check in date, I got 3 voicemails (excessive?) from "Joe" telling me I have to check in before 10PM otherwise I won't be able to get in to my room (putting his name in quotes for reasons

Stayed during Paso Robles Wine Tasting Weekend. Check-in was easy, room was immaculate! a little small but not a problem as we did not spend much time at hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I usually do not sleep well away from home but the bed was very comfortable, room quiet and slept amazingly well. Ample parking and convenient to old town dining and festivities. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Hotel Siri was the worst "hotel" experience I have ever had. Don't bother booking even if it's the last place available. It was moreso a rundown dirty motel. The "on-site supervisor, Norman," was extremely rude and did not have any basic customer service skills. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I wish I read the prior reviews of Norman yelling at customers, which I can now see is true.

Our room WREAKED of cigarette smoke. It was so toxic we could not sleep. We tried to febreeze and leave the window open, but it was unbearable. The entire motel

Booked a stay here but an error was made on the booking platform (either through the algorithm, user error, unclear) regarding whether the hotel accepted dogs. Upon realizing the error, I attempted for hours to get a credit or refund from the hotel either directly or through the booking platform. This hotel gave nothing but the runaround despite acknowledging no service was ever rendered. Avoided my calls and calls from the booking platform to rectify the situation. Pretty shady. At the very least, a credit could have been issued considering hundreds were paid with zero benefit given. We visit

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean. and the shower was extra large.
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. He made sure we had enough towels and coffee, giving us the option to come back for more if needed since they are not servicing the rooms in between multiple nights stays at this time.
Easy access off the highway, Close to restaurants and coffee shops.
We will definitely stay again!

Hotel is newly renovated, interior of rooms quite beautiful as shown in many pictures posted by other guests on Yelp. However it was disappointing to see strands of hair on one of the bed upon entering the room. When I brought it up to front desk, he insisted that it was clean and there were no housekeeping on site. We would have to wait for 10-15 mins and then they could come in to swap out the sheets. To minimize exposure I opted for fresh sheets. Bridge under water until I took a shower, only to find strands of hairs again as I turned on the water for the time since I arrived to the room. I

We came here on Thursday on 8/27/20 and arrived about 20 minutes before the 3pm check-in time. There was plenty of parking outside. The guy working at the front desk was nice but we didn't get his name. He wore a mask and was helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and a king size bed. The room was clean from what we could tell and the bed was comfortable. We were here for only one night and we thought it was a good experience. We didn't hear any of the rooms around us (unless nobody was around us). Overall, I recommend checking this place out if you're in the

When reviewing a hotel, I take the cleanliness, price and hotel star rating all into consideration. Hotel Siri is a 2.5 star that is clean, decent and economical for the area. We stayed here mid November 2020.

We arrived at check-in, requested an upgraded room with a balcony and they accepted it with zero upcharge. We stayed in a Two Queen balcony room that came with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is their washcloths, they were that super thin type that probably need to be replaced.

Terrible hotel experience. Called months in advance to make a room reservation, and received an email confirmation. When we arrived, we were met by hotel staff Norman. We were told our reservation was cancelled by phone call 3 days earlier. This was 100% false and there was never a cancellation email sent either. Having shown up on a Friday night, we were told the hotel was completely booked and there was nothing he could do. He was extremely rude and unaccommodating. He said he could not call a manager or anyone else. He tried to book us at a cheap hotel down the street for double the price shown

I will admit, this is my first and hopefully my last 1 star review. I don't take such a negative review lightly.
Came to Paso for Veteran's day (served 8 years in the Navy). When you arrive from out of town and find out your confirmed hotel room has been cancelled and you weren't notified; it's very frustrating. I can excuse mistakes, but the 1 star is for the subsequent lack of customer service that was provided by Norman at the front desk. Not only would he apologize or take any responsibility for the cancelled reservation (claims some guy called and cancelled but only number

I stayed here one night and everything was great. My room was clean and bed bug free. I had the necessary amenities provided. This was the first hotel that had an open gym in a long time, so I took advantage of that. I would stay here again if in the area. The sign of the hotel is small and easy to miss especially if coming in at night. But overall, a great experience.
