Lower back and sciatic pain are interconnected medical conditions and many times, sciatica is the result of a mechanical back problem. The sciatic nerve is the longest nerve in the human body and consists of nerve roots in the lower back that runs through the buttock and down the back of each leg. Portions of sciatic nerve branch out to the thigh, calf, foot, and toes.
Neck pain can be sudden and related to an injury or motor vehicle accident. Additionally, chronically poor posture, poor ergonomics, sleeping habits, and muscle imbalances present in your neck, shoulders, and upper back can contribute to cervical pain and limited mobility.
In addition to these physically painful symptoms, many who struggle with chronic headaches will develop additional symptoms, such as dizziness, nausea, impeded vision, difficulty concentrating, severe fatigue, and even difficulty sleeping.Once we've pinpointed the main cause of your neck pain, stiffness, and headaches, we'll develop a treatment plan with you.

Hip pain is a prevalent condition seen in the community. Hip pain affects our comfort with sleeping, sitting at work and limits our ability to walk, run, and enjoy activities we do on our feet. The treatment options for hip pain are often limited from evaluating physicians. If the hip pain is not addressed early, more serious back issues may result, including osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease which can lead to surgery.
Arthritis is a debilitating disease for over 50 million Americans. The Centers for Disease Control has shown that half of us will have knee arthritis by the time we are 85, and a quarter of us will develop hip arthritis. The good news is that you don't have to live with arthritis pain or take constant medication!

I’m impressed by the thoroughness of their approach to healing my injury. Not only the actual knee that was injured but also connective tissues, muscles, and joints are treated to minimize the negative impact on the injury. Groin, hamstring, abdominal, and calves are all addressed for their part in a full recovery of the knee. Torin (therapist) today used an analogy of comparing the leg to a house. The foot is the foundation and the hips are the roof. If the knee is bad one or both of the others are showing the strains of compensation.

I was referred to Pinnacle for a possible herniated disc in my back. I was assigned Kelly as my physical therapist and I have nothing but good to say about the experience so far. Kelly greets me for every appointment and then spends time getting an understanding of how things have progressed before deciding on a treatment plan for the visit. She doesn't just do the same things over and over, she does what she thinks my body needs that day. It gives me a great deal of comfort knowing she genuinely cares about my injury and gives a lot of thought into doing what is best for me. She has even mentioned

The receptionist was so rude. It was an urgent appointment, I couldn’t print out and fill out the paperwork beforehand. So the receptionist said that appointment would be cut short. Which is fine I can understand that. But there are different ways to say it. Just the attitude and the tone made me feel like I am an annoying inconvenience. I pay cash. But will never ever come back to this clinic again!!!

Pinnacle Physical Therapy, Collin & Rachael are all fantastic! Over the years I have gone to other PT offices for various reasons. Therapists at Pinnacle don't just TELL you what to do. They actually explain what's going on in your body, why you're having pain, and what they plan to do to help you. They spend time with explanations of how your muscles, tendons, and bones are working together. Along with verbal instructions, you receive printed pictures and even videos sent to your email. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as well. Highly recommend!

I first attended a workshop Pinnacle Physical Therapy had about shoulder injuries. I had been suffering with pain in my left shoulder for nearly a year. So I signed on for PT, and have had four sessions with Kelly. She has great massage fingers on my shoulder. I love that. It prepares me for the stretches that come next. I love the people at Pinnacle!! It makes the thirty-five miles each way worth it.

I came in with simple knee pain. I couldn't figure out what was causing it. Stephanie was my PT, she got to the root cause and helped me change my daily routine. I'm grateful for the exceptional level of care received. Pinnacle Physical Therapy has a great crew of people, who are not only professional, but caring. With my new routine, I'm starting to feel whole again. To everyone there, thank you again. And to anyone in pain, get your life back. You are worth it.
