Dave and Beth decided to jump off the cliff and open Acceleration Physical Therapy in March of 2007. With over 40 years of combined physical therapy experience and 10,000 new evaluations, Dave and Beth have seen almost every kind of orthopedic injury. We understand that the most important part of physical therapy is listening to our patient's story to understand where they come from and where they would like to go.

In this healthcare environment, where face time with your practitioner is getting harder to come by, it is nice to know that all of your questions will be addressed. Dave moved to Spokane in 1995 to study Biology at Eastern Washington University. He was accepted to the EWU Physical Therapy program, and graduated in 2001.

When I got to Acceleration, I wasn't in good shape. I was hesitant to believe in PT, especially since massage and chiropractic were barely keeping me upright with my neck pain. But I was desperate enough to try and believe in anything, and I'm so glad I did. I knew Dave was onto something when he pinpointed the root cause of my neck pain-which wasn't entirely in my neck. After that first session, I immediately felt improvement the next day. That told me a simple truth, sometimes the pain is merely a symptom of a bigger issue somewhere else in the body. Had I not had a physical therapist who understood

Where do I start? Dave and team are first and foremost “ good people”… I experienced wonderful service, with very thoughtful, creative approaches to my p.t. needs… I am now in such a better place physically than when I showed up in their office a few months ago - if I have PT needs in the future, it’s a no-brainer as to where I will be returning!

This was the best experience. I felt welcome and comfortable. I was able to get full motion out of my upper body. I had a spot in my back that I couldn't pop, and built tons of pressure. I also had tension headaches and felt horrible. Through my visits, my tension is gone and I am more knowledgeable about how to get more flexibility in my upper body along with zero ibuprofen and zero migranes. I am very happy with my end results and recommend to anyone that needs some extra help healing, this is the place to come.

I came with a lingering injury from a fall, and Dr. Jeter helped me address some underlying impacts from the fall that a prior PT had not identified. Staff was super friendly, scheduling was easy, and I enjoyed the warm up at each visit. Don’t go in expecting massages like a champagne spa - you’ll need to put in some work.

The hip bone is indeed the knee bone. Dave's comprehension of the anatomy of human physiological rehabilitation is beyond stellar. Dave does an incredible job explaining everything he is working on in layman's terms because he wants you to feel like a full fledged member of your treatment team. With top notch customer service, it is evident that the employees of Acceleration Physical therapy care about you, personally, as much as they care about providing excellent physical therapy. I say it's Dave and Acceleration Physical Therapy, or bust!
