Manual therapy (sometimes called bodywork) is a general term for treatment performed mostly with the hands. The goals of manual therapy include relaxation, decreased pain, and increased flexibility. We utilize the FDA approved ML830 low-level laser therapy unit for the treatment joint and muscle pain, stiffness, and muscle spasms.
As it turns out the ML830 microlight increases the speed of healing through a complex augmentation of your body's normal inflammatory process. Physical therapists select, prescribe, and implement manual therapy when the examination findings indicate the use of these techniques to decrease pain, spasm, swelling, enhance health, fitness, or maintain physical performance.

I made the decision to rehab a shoulder injury at Cornerstone based solely on its proximity to my house. The new patient intake process was smooth and professional. I continued to see Juan and Kelsey well into the pandemic and have never once questioned my safety/their hygiene while in their office. My shoulder injury is fully recovered and now I’m back to rehab a bad ankle sprain. I will continue to choose Cornerstone for all of my PT needs and will wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need. We are so fortunate to have the Cornerstone team in our neighborhood! If you need help

I am never made to feel ridiculed or judged for my inadequacies like I have at other places. They are all very very friendly, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. So, yeah, if you're in need of PT, I'd go nowhere else, because I've been everywhere else, and these folks
