Our basic property management and maintenance service covers most of your homes needs and typically takes about 4 hours per month.
Our Arizona Home Check and Watching Services consist of a thorough inspection of your house and property. We perform thorough inspections of your property to ensure that your home is safe and secure. Your property will be monitored, maintained and professionally cared for giving you peace of mind! Home checks can stop small issues from turning into large costly problems.
Arizona Home Check is also available to help manage your short & long term rental clients if you choose to rent out your property. We cannot manage the bookings of your rental property however; we can manage client services for you once the house is booked. We will do all of this for a flat monthly fee and DON'T TAKE a 40% commission like most management companies, Saving you thousands in rental income over the span of just a few months.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Jesse seemed like a really nice and professional guy, but he turned it over to someone else and a crew of day-laborer type fellows. They came out to trim a variety of trees on a large lot here in Scottsdale, and they destroyed much of what they touched. I asked him in the beginning if we'd have a license arborist working on our lot and Jesse said "Yes," and then this crew came in and left a terrible mess of our trees and with limbs and branches all over the lot. I would strongly urge you, if using this company, to insist on the owner being present

Jessie and his staff have been amazing through the whole process of purchasing a home all the way to managing it. Jesse worked with us prior to the purchase and has since been our property management home checker.

Jesse and his talented staff of Arizona home check came to our home to trim and remove most of our mesquite tree that sits in our front yard. Not only does the tree look healthy and is away from our home but the cleanup and maintenance was the best I’ve ever seen. I can always count on Jesse and his crew, this is the 4th time I have used him, and as always they do a beautiful job cutting down or trimming trees, Jesse knows his business, I never have to worry when he is on the job..
