As physical therapists we not only treat you when you have an injury, but also go a step further, working to fix things before they cause you to have to stop doing what you love. Are you worried that you won't be able to do the things you love because of pain or injury? If this describes you, Nashville Physical Therapy & Performance will ease your fears and resolve your pain, keeping you active for life.

All sessions are entirely one on one with your physical therapist, tailored specifically to you. We believe in establishing close relationships with our patients. We do not believe in cookie cutter PT, overlapping sessions, or having an assistant or tech work with you during your session. Consumer driven healthcare is the future of healthcare.
Services
The idea of 'full circle physical therapy' is quite simple - it's what is missing in our current standard healthcare system. For years the focus has always been on waiting until someone is injured to receive care by a physical therapist to rehabilitate the injury. To us it doesn't make sense to wait to do something until you are completely broken down when there is so much that can be done to prevent injury on the front-end.
If you want to remain active and not be told to stop doing your favorite activities or be prescribed medications to manage your symptoms without actually fixing the true cause, you have come to the right place! At Nashville Physical Therapy & Performance, we are excited to help you return to all the activities you love again without pain or limitation.
Evaluation and treatment of various pelvic floor conditions in both women and men. Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialty and is only provided by Sandy Gibson, PT in our Franklin and West Nashville offices. Sandy has had extensive training in pelvic floor physical therapy and holds the designation Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) from Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Too busy to get away from the office? Kids at home you can't leave? Recently had a procedure and can't drive? Visiting Nashville on tour or for vacation? Maybe you want your PT to see you in a specific setting to really tailor your treatment (think home office setup, gym, studio) No problem! We've got you covered.
As a TPI Certified Medical Professional, Amanda is versed in the Body-Swing Connection. She has the knowledge and skills to perform a golf-specific injury assessment to determine what might have caused an injury to develop, or a wellness assessment to determine what physical limitations can be addressed in order to prevent injuries and allow for a more efficient swing.
