Services
If you have tried physical therapy before and have been in a room full of people with your practitioner supervising other people, P3 is not that place! We offer Private Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Nashville, TN. Private outpatient orthopedic physical therapy means you can expect personalized one-on-one attention with an actual physical therapist (not an aide, tech, trainer.)
Hands-on techniques including soft tissue release and joint mobilization to facilitate alignment and normal motion. Programs designed for your specific needs, to promote core stability and optimum function. When appropriate, Pilates equipment may be used to help augment your exercises. The keys to success of any Physical Therapy program are teamwork and communication between the patient and the therapist.
Each treatment is one-on-one for approximately 55 minutes. The treatment plan is highly individualized and depends on the specific diagnosis of each patient. During your first visit/initial evaluation, we will discuss the reason that you're seeking physical therapy, your general health & medical history, your daily activities, etc.

The P3 team has varied experience in working with the athletic population. Due to our one-on-one time, thorough/biomechanical assessments and expansive knowledge base, we can treat any injuries that are limiting full participation and enhance your athletic performance. Our Pilates equipment allows us to mimic sport-specific movements and challenge athletes in ways to prepare for return to sport.

I have used P3 therapists for the last few years for hip arthritis. The P3 group was highly recommended by my Orthopedic doctor, Dr. F. Clark Holmes. Each therapist I have worked with has been professional, knowledgable and has improved my pain level. I took pilates with Dawn at P3 for over a year. She was tuned in to my individual needs, read my PT chart and followed the direction of the physical therapist. She is a highly trained and certified Pilates instructor. The primary benefit other than the each Physical Therapist has a doctorate is the fact that as a patient you are treated in a private

I didn't know about trigger point therapy and myofascial release therapy or that there were physical therapy specialists. I need spine rehab and overall help with gait mobility. I spent 12 weeks with P3 Physical therapy and my family has been really happy with my results (me, too).

Not all physical therapy programs in el paso are the same! I figured that out the hard way. I went to a huge therapy center and realized that a physical assistant was the person giving me my program. I didn't see the actual doctor of physical therapy except once. P3 physical therapy gave me one on one attention and I felt better within a week.

P3 has been a lifesaver to me in my ongoing two year battle with an autoimmune disease. Heather Herod Cole and her team at P3 are incredibly knowledgeable, and have done a fantastic job creating a wellness facility that treats the whole person. Each PT I’ve worked with is invested in my overall health and well being, which is so hard to find in today’s healthcare industry. The programs they have designed for me have empowered me with greater understanding of what’s going on in my body and equipped me with tools to maximize my health. Whether I’m in a Pilates session or on the table, I know
