Our experience with The Property Manager Jax was great from the beginning! This was our first time renting a home and we heard some bad stories about the large rental companies taking advantage of their tenants while providing poor customer service. Krist was courteous and professional when showing us the home and ensured his availability answering all of our questions. Throughout our stay both Krist and Tammy were available and responsive to our needs. Their phone app was simple and the service response was fast. We are thankful for their hospitality while building our home and will seek them

TPMC Jax made the rental process SO EASY. Was able to see the property on Thursday, got the lease and other requirements done on Friday, and moved in on Monday. Such a quick turn around with no complications I couldn't have asked for it to go better. Definitely at the top of the list compared to my other rental experiences.

I enjoy renting from these folks. The house I'm currently renting was exactly as described in the listing, it was cleaned well, and you can tell this house has been well maintained throughout its rental history. When things don't work, they acknowledge it and they move quickly to fix it. It took me forever to find a good house to rent in jax, most of the ones I liked fell through once I looked up the management company reviews. TPMCjax is exactly what I was hoping for and I highly recommend going through them.

I have dealt with four different property managers over the last six years, and The Property Management Company of Jacksonville is by far the absolute best. I rented from them for over 2 years, and the entire staff was top notch. I never waited more than a day for a call back. Maintenance requests were followed up on and completed within no time, sometimes them tracking me down instead of the normal, me tracking them. Tammy is the heart of this company. She is kind.
