I moved in Park Lane at the end of August, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The complex offers outstanding amenities and the buildings are immaculate. Most importantly, the employees at Park Lane are the best. Michelle spent a great deal of time answering all my questions and covered every detail of moving to Park Lane. She went out of her way to make my apartment perfect and ready to move in. The ladies at the concierge desk are awesome, too. Katie, Dawn and Edith always great you in a professional way and make sure you feel welcome and “at home.” Lastly, all maintenance issues

My husband and I have lived here for close to two years. We love everything about it here especially the lovely ladies in the clubhouse. A big shout out goes to Dawn, Edith, Katie, Heather and Michele who always go out of their way to be accommodating and are always so pleasant, friendly and helpful. It really makes a big, positive difference in living here. I also have to give a shout out to Vega and his team. They too are always solving any issues promptly and are always nice. If you want a great place to live, MOVE HERE!!!!!

Extremely happy living here. The concierge (Dawn, Edith, Katie) are absolutely fantastic. Always very helpful with any problems or questions. They always go out of their way to greet you and learn what your apartment number is and name. I once got locked out and within 1 minute of calling they let me back into my apartment. They always let you know if you have a package delivered, especially if its perishable. Super lucky to have such caring people work the concierge desk!!

Park Lane Concierge team is comprised of an Amazing group of individuals. Dawn, Katie, and Edith go above and beyond to ensure that excellent service is delivered. We are always met with a smile too! I enjoy seeing and chatting with the front desk team. I must also mention the housekeeping and maintenance team who keep the entire building sparkling clean and running smoothly. Michelle who is the leasing agent is pleasant and helpful as well. The Driver, Ron is also always smiling and the security team is ever- present. Great Team Work and one of the reasons we stay at Parklane.

Great location! Very Convenient! This apartment complex is near restaurants and it’s only 15 mins from Philly. The concierge up front are wonderful, Edith was the one that helped me the day I walked in. She was very nice and knowledgeable! You can tell they take care of this property! It's beautiful!

I have lived here for five years and love it. It is extremely clean and inside and outside are kept in top condition. The maintenance staff responds promptly and does the work right the first time.. The clubhouse is a wonderful amenity with an inviting reception area, gym , business center and a beautiful pool in season. The concierge staff are always friendly and helpful. Dawn in particular has been there since I moved in and is a great representative for the owners.

Every concierge member has been super friendly, welcoming, helpful, polite. Community acitivities every month, clubhouse is beautiful and clean always, gym, tennis court, playground…the pool is our favorite to sit and relax by. Location and concierge is why we chose to live here…within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants, Wegmans, parks, etc. Very pet friendly community as well.

Park Lane / Park Place at Garden State Park is a great community. It is a safe neighborhood and it is well maintained. The grounds are manicured meticulously. The club house has an inviting ambiance and Dawn, Katie and Edith make up a great concierge staff regarding many aspects of the neighborhood and are happy to help with your needs. The neighborhood location is unbeatable. Highly recommended!

Great place to live! The ladies who work at the club house do an outstanding job making you feel at home here. They are always planning activities and events that are so adorable! Holiday coffee bar, movie nights, football parties, summer bbqs, etc. The clubhouse and buildings are immaculately clean and the people are so nice! The staff who work here really go above and beyond- they truly make this a great place to live!

You honestly cannot beat the location. You will never have to go far to get to all of your essential shopping destinations. Takes 10 minutes tops to get over the bridge to Philly. Also, easy to get to 295. Really can't think of easier living. The concierge does so much for the residents. Every one is super friendly. The clubhouse is gorgeous and the apartments are spacious and beautifully designed! Love it here.

Recently moved in. Brand new apartment never been lived in. Promised luxury and easy living. The area is nice. Upon moving in the refrigerator was broken, the apartment did not appear to be cleaned well as the bathroom was dirty and the toilet in one of the bathrooms had issues. 2 weeks later the second bathroom had issues and doesn't flush. The noise is outrageous. Can hear the neighbors above stomping around to the point that our chandelier shakes. The A/C was broken as well. Called maintenance and they were not able to fix it so we had to sleep with no A/C on the hottest day of the year

We've only lived here for about a month but so far we really like it. It has been a nice change from our previous apartment in the city. Our apartment here has lots of room, closet space, and cabinet space. There is also plenty of parking and the location is super convenient with Wegmans and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything in the apartment is also nice and modern and we are glad to have a gas stove and large washer and dryer again.
