I paid for the 3 course package for post licensing, Buddy is amazing! Omg, I took pre licensing elsewhere which now I regret, the class was over crowded and unorganized. This class is small, intimate and less intimidating than the class at my prelicensing school. The only thing is, I wish I knew about it sooner, if I had not heard about this school from another broker I would've never knew about it!
You can take pre licensing and post licensing here, if you decide to take it with this school and the instructor Buddy Blackman, you will not regret it! The post-licensing class included such great practical application discussions, and the instructor prepared us adequately for the test. The atmosphere was professional yet relaxed.
