Bryan is personable and so great and easy to work with! I am a local realtor and have used his services for my buyer clients countless times when he is available to fit us into his schedule. In fact, I have used him on two of my own properties and a family member's home which speaks for itself. Bryan did an excellent job on a home inspection we needed during escrow. Although the home was beautiful on the inside he uncovered many safety issues in the attic space and with the electrical that we never would have known about.
