For a good home inspection, it is ideal to hire someone with construction experience. I am a good choice because I have over thirty years experience in residential construction. Not only have I supervised turn key projects, but I have also been involved in historical renovations. I am familiar with standard practices and requirements, and best practices for energy efficiency.
