In business since 2017, I provide professional residential and commercial property inspection services with a positive demeanor. I aim to make each walk-through & review of inspection reports an interactive learning session for my clients, rather than a lecture. As an affiliate member of the Waco Association of Realtors, I carry a SUPRA E-Key so that I can gain access to properties for inspection with less hassle for your real estate agents.
I am a 2009 graduate of Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, and since graduating have gained valuable experience in business as well as within the construction industry. I live in Waco with my wife, Kelly, and 3 children. If desired by my clients, I am happy to recommend and / or schedule WDI and septic inspections to take place at the same time, all with qualified licensed professionals the community trusts.

I spoke to Bryan about a last minute home inspection. While he was fully booked and unable to make it out. He spent 5 minutes walking me through who he would recommend and gave me there names and phone numbers. He was really professional and friendly! I will definitely use him in any future purchases in Waco.

Bryan was very thorough in his inspection. He noticed so many things I never would of thought to look for. And his price was the best out of all the estimates in the waco area with good reviews. I noticed him because of his 5 star reviews and man did they not disappoint! Great customer service, very responsive, and extremely helpful! Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks and look forward with using them again in the future.

I’d give Bryan and Red Rooster more stars if I could. Awesome experience working with him. He went above and beyond to make my recent home inspection smoother than I ever expected! Not only did I get a great home inspection from Bryan, but he also listened to concerns I had about coordinating work with several other inspectors (well, septic, and termite) and took that off of my shoulders. He coordinated all the inspections and made sure they were done on time; I couldn’t have gotten through it without him. I’d definitely work with Bryan again and highly recommend Red Rooster!!
