Services
Fitness is acquired by using a variety of functional movements like squats, push-ups, pull-ups, cleans, deadlifts, etc. These natural, primal, multi-joint movements are used in everyday life activities. Our workouts change every day and we emphasize proper form throughout class. We focus highly on technique and safety with all movements that we teach.
The encouraging atmosphere here at ReVamped Fitness is like no other. There is an unmistakable camaraderie between the coaching staff and the members of ReVamped. Our mission is to help you become the best you possible. One goal of ours is to create and sustain a community where everyone feels accepted and supported.
Our Teen Fitness program is designed for teens ages 12-19. Teens will learn the functional movements of fitness and exercise together in group classes alongside adults. Teens follow the same programming as the adult classes. Movements and weights are scaled appropriately for each teen. Classes consists of a group warm-up, skill/strength work, a workout (WOD).
Group classes are for people who have gone through our Basics Course or who have completed a Fundamentals Course at another gym. ReVamped Conditioning is a 30 minute class held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:00pm each week. This class primarily uses body weight movements. If you are new to fitness, you CAN attend this class without taking our Basics Course.
At ReVamped Fitness we deign a program that is comprehensive. We plan our program in advance and set specific goals that focus on improving Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Each of our workouts include a coach led warm up, a strength/skill session, and a workout.

ReVamped have amazing coaches. Very welcoming, and patient with newbies or drop-ins. I was able to attend the HSW clinic recently and was happy with my progress! I was given new drills, a boost of confidence and push when I needed it by coach German. I Absolutely recommend checking out this CF gym!!

I first came to Revamped in 2012 at 41 years old as an endurance athlete having never done any strength training. I was getting nagging back and shoulder tightness from muscle imbalances and poor flexibility. Immediately, I was made to feel welcome and encouraged even though I was a complete noob. The coaches were very helpful teaching technique and explaining the intricacies of fitness, from exercise to nutrition and proper recovery. If you are looking for a sustainable workout program no matter your fitness level look no farther than Revamped Fitness. Me and my husband joined in 2015 and love it . The coaches are passionate ,knowledgeable and friendly.The gym itself is spacious and people are welcoming.
The workouts are always fun and make you push yourself a little more every time, & are scalable to fit your current strength.
They run various clinics to master specific movements as well.
Now coming to COVID 19 era -they have maintained strict guidelines for working out hygienically .

My husband and I had an absolute blast at the double under clinic at Revamped Fitness this weekend. We knew it would be great, but it was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve struggled for so long to do double unders. I could barely do 1 and I left the 1 hour clinic being able to do around 20!! This far exceeded my expectations. Now I have the confidence and plan to practice daily! Thank you for providing such a phenomenal event. Misa was an excellent coach!

The best box in the DC area! I've been to a number of boxes in my day but a lot of them do not compare to ReVamped. The community here is really good! It's hard to find a top caliber box where ALL the athletes workout together rather doing their own thing. When I say all athletes, that includes Games and Regional athletes working out together in class. You hardly see that one off athlete working out on their own here. That's what makes ReVamped's community fun and close knit! Unfortunately, my job moved to VA and I am punch card member here now. After going here for some

I'm not even sure where to begin on what CrossFit ReVamped is. They are more than just a gym, more than just a community of fitness enthusiasts, they have an intangible quality that is so clear and apparent from the second you walk through their doors. The culture at ReVamped brings the very best out of you day in and day out.

Best workouts I've ever had! The community is great and friendly. They encourage and help each other out. Gary and Alia are the best! And Gary keeps it interesting but always kills us for sure! I've had more success here in a short time than I've ever had at any of the gyms I've ever belonged to. Love it!

The coaches and community at Crossfit Revamped are unmatched. The coaches will help you work towards any fitness goal you have - whether it's to kickstart your exercise routine, lose weight, get stronger, learn proper technique, compete, etc. - they are there to help you develop a healthy body and healthy mindset. The programming is excellent and I find that I am challenged and making steps towards progress every day. I visited because I had a deal for the classes. I waited too long and only used 4 of the classes out of the 10. Although Living Social says the value what you paid is always valid but I never inquired how that works. Anyway, the classes were good and I definitely got a work out. The instructors do a good job of teaching you basic skills when you first join. I would go back but right now just don't have money in my budget. I hope to go back in the future.
