As we Shelter in Place for the time being, OnBalance will be closed until it is safe to reopen. We will send out an email when that time comes to invite you in for some self-care. Jaire is a graduate of De Anza College with an Associates Degree in the Healing Arts of Massage Therapy, and a member of the ABMP Massage Association. Jaire has been trained in the techniques of Myofascial Release, DNM, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Reeducation, Sports massage, Swedish, Myofascial Cupping, Geriatric Massage, Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Management to name a few.

This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries.
Our monthly massage membership program is designed to help you feel your best AND save you money. Don't wait until everything is aching! I am so lucky to have found OnBalance and specifically Jaire for massage and bodywork. He is excellent, and regardless of your level of flexibility, exercise and stress/tension, I am sure he can find a way to help you feel better.

In addition to a great job with the massage after discussing previous experiences and current problems, he also provided some stretching, exercise and posture recommendations that I should do to help improve my areas of tension.I work a desk job most of the day, but travel often, so the session was perfect for what I need and I now have a great massage option very close to home.
