Llumier is a sanctuary in a busy world.
I travel for work. When I first got back from a position in Tanzania, I had a break out running along my jawline that multiple aestheticians failed to address. I started going to Llumier for facials and, not only did they clear up the break out zone, they transformed my skin into a whole new me.
Amy is kind, knowledgeable, gentle, professional and adjusts her treatment based on the current state of my skin. I have stopped wearing make-up and my university students have mistaken me as their peer (even though I am a decade older).

At 38 weeks pregnant, I got a 45 min sapling massage and loved every minute of it. Rachel took great care of me from the moment I made the appointment to the time I stepped into her spa and got the massage. The spa is clean and cozy and Rachel made sure to focus on joints and muscles that needed the most attention, after asking me a few questions. I left feeling much lighter and had a great night's sleep!

Oh. My. Goddess. Easily one of the best massages I've ever received in my life. I stumbled upon Llumier while I was getting my haircut across the way. This commune of salons is a gem in Redwood City.
The space is sparkling clean, beautiful, and comfortable. As soon as I set foot in this tiny spa, I felt relaxed.
Rachel is intuitive and knowledgable. I'm so happy to have found my new local masseuse. I had a 60 minute Aspen experience. Heaven.

Rachel and her team strive for excellence and you can tell that they take it seriously! I have had many massages and waxes, but none compare to Llumier! The spa is always spotless and so warm and cozy. If you are wanting to treat yourself or a friend, send them here! Rachel actually cares about her cliental!

Finding a good place and the right person to massage your body isn't the easiest task. I had a massage from Rachel earlier today and I'm still feeling amazing hours later. I loved how intuitive she was and her great level of communication. I felt genuinely cared for and very pampered.
The location is convenient and parking is a breeze with the nearby parking structure.

Meng does my eyelashes and is great to work with! She takes pride in her work, knows her subject and is straight forward about her recommendations. The only downer is that she is cutting back her hours( will be missed)
She helped me pick the right length and style for my extensions to look natural - yet done for a easy polished look. She is also great about answering any other skin care/ cosmetic questions.

Simply stated: A-mazing!!! I had my lashes done on Chinese New Years. I was a little nervous about having eyelash extensions placed on but Meng couldn't have been nicer, she is amazing! I told Meng that I wanted a "natural" look. I got exactly what I asked for! They are beautiful! Much lighter, and they don't bother me at all! No itching, burning, discomfort, etc. Thanks Meng!
Also, I love this space, it's small but really really beautiful looking! Very organized, clean and relaxing!

I'm thoroughly convinced that Diana's fingertips are equipped with stress eating piranhas that have tension busting laser beams attached to their friggin foreheads.
