Young World Preschool and Childcare in Daly City offers full and half-schedule programs for children ranging in age from 2 months-old to 6 years-old. Our preschool has one of the largest capacities of any facility in the city. Our goal is to provide all of the children at Young World with a comfortable, creative, nurturing, and educational environment in which each child can develop at his or her individual pace.
We focus on academic readiness, social development, and play. We encourage good self-esteem and fun, both of which we believe are foundations for learning. When a child is relaxed, learning becomes a natural part of his or her development. Our curriculum includes academic, creative, and social components with plenty of time for play and physical activity.

BBB has determined that Young World Preschool and Childcare meets BBB's A+ accreditation standards. Young World Preschool and Childcare offers classes for children 2 months-old to 6 years-old, divided by age range and developmental level: Nursery, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten. The children progress through to the next level as they grow in age and development.
We are open all year round except for major national holidays. A morning half day runs from 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM and an afternoon half day runs from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A full day is any day which extends past the limits of either morning or afternoon session. Drop-off time is 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM for full day and morning students; any time after 1:00 PM for afternoon students.

After searching for different kinds of preschools in San Francisco, I decided to enroll my son at Young World Preschool. I love its quite location. The whole entire school is much bigger than I saw in San Francisco. There are lots of big classrooms inside, and these rooms are very bright. The most important thing about the classroom is that they are CLEAN, and also that the toys in each classroom are washed often.
