Had our annual ladies 9-hole golf group Christmas luncheon here and have to say that I wasn't surprised at how great the service and wonderful the food was, as it always is. I love Burke's as do many others do in our little town! Dessert was also Fantastic! Always fresh, always homemade. Owner's are wonderful. Thank you Burke's employees!

Nobody was at hostess stand so we waited to get seated. Our waiter, though new, was pleasant and very eager to help. We ordered an appetizer of coconut shrimp and our meal at the same time. First thing out was our soup and salad. The soup, clam chowder was one of the worst I've had in a long while. The sh, which we've had before was nothing like the last time we had it. Tasteless. We got our dinner, prime rib, baked potato and vegetables. Prime rib was very good as was the potatoes. The vegetables we're mushy at best.

My wife and I went in for Valentine's Day dinner. Our Mashed potatoes were cold. My lobster tail was cold. My sirloin steak was cold. Our vegetables were cold. My wife prime rib was hot. The server unattentive. Kept walking past our table for 15 minutes while our dirty plates sat there. I wouldn't recommend it. Unless they got better. . We'll see.
