We took our car for an estimate today at Car Crafters on Paseo and had the worst experience. The main person handling estimates there that I will spare naming at this time wanted to charge us more than $12000 for a car that is currently drivable. When he was questioned in a calm and respectful way he became extremely rude and told us it's our fault for this incident. Knowing that an animal jumped out in front of the car in the middle of the road at night. That's not his job. He practically threw the estimate at us and walked away. Needless to say we will never use them in the future

Just picked up my car yesterday. I am very pleased with the end result. My car was stolen in December and had lots of damage to it. After speaking to my claims adjuster Luis from Geico, I decided to go with Car Crafters (I was the jingle from the commercial) Bruce is very good a service manager/advisor at Car Crafters and kept me updated as to the work being completed. Although it took longer than expected I trust it was because car crafters wanted to deliver a quality restoration and I have to say they delivered! Thank again. Keep up the good work.

I wish I had the reviews before taking my vehicle here as it's not looking so good. Anyways, from my experience with car crafters I would recommend you make sure not to leave anything of value in your car because it will be rummaged through and stolen. I mentioned my compartment and glove box and been gone through and was very quickly dismissed. The watch they stole pings to the area of car crafters. Their recommendation? Come and see if can hear it pinging at the shop and track it down myself. I was promised calls back at least 3 different times to no avail. Haven't been this disappointed

Car crafters is horrible! Their communication and Customer skills are the worse! And they were very rude. I don't even know how they are in business. Because we used our insurance all they would say to us is" talk to your insurance ". Than we verbally told them are car was being picked up and not once did they say anything about the release needing to be written. The tow truck got there and they denied them access to our vehicle and they never called us. Finally got our car back for it to smell and have cigarette ashes, which they deny it being them. Horrible. Damage done after accident was nust clear coated over fish eyes and runs all ober my girls truck. Been waiting 3 mos for a supplemental repair.
The absolute worst! Said the runs were there tried to argue me down I whipped out the pics and the guy walked inside and said call your insurance company were not fixing it unless you pay there is nkthing wromg with it.
So much for the lifetime warranty on their work, run dont walk away from this shop!

I had my car repaired after an accident last year by car crafters. It is now 10 months later and the paint cracked in one spot. I took the car back and was told it wasn't covered to have it fixed. The manager told me that. I would have expected them to have stood behind their work. They don't. I would never recommend them to anyone for repairs or their guarantee.

One star for the outstanding customer service from Kim and the receptionists. Other than that I've had an awful experience. More than 2 months later, 4 trips and rentals, a ridiculous amount of phone calls and my vehicle still isn't 100% and can't get a phone call back. The first time I picked up my car the body work and paint on the front bumper and LF fender wasn't right (misaligned panels, scratches on paint). They also severely scratched the wrap on the RF fender. Second time back, Andrew agreed it wasn't right, said he would cut me a check for the wrap they damaged

A horrible experience from beginning to end. The car that I drive for work was vandalized while getting the windshield replaced. The glass company took it to Car Crafters on MontaƱo to repair a door and a fender. They had it there for almost a week. When I finally got it back, the finish was absolutely terrible. I took it back to show them how bad it was. The guy who looked at it(Roger) agreed that is should not look like that. He said they would redo it and that they would need it for one day to get it done. I made arrangements to drop it off that afternoon(Thursday). And pick it up just before

My truck was rear-ended on PDN in 2016. The vehicle in front of me came to a dead stop. I was able to stop in time to avoid hitting the car in front of me, but an inattentive driver came screeching into the back of my truck which rammed me into the car in front. Cut to the chase: my front and rear end had damage.
I ended up bringing my vehicle here at the recommendation of Geico. I had heard great things about the quality of repair. A week later, disappointment was all I found when I picked it up.

After a very bad accident my 2018 f250 was towed there and I recieved very poor customer service. Never got any updates on progress unless I called. 95% of the time when I called I got voicemail and I may or may not get a phone call back. Door rattles and cruise control works intermittently. Took 3 months to finish a 1 month job, procrastinated and miss 2 delivery dates that they themselves set. I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could leave less than 1 star i would.

So I have been here in the past. Once it was good then the next time it was crap. So I just got hit and decided drop it off here. Insurance says this is a preferred location. Again service is not that great. It was with progressive and the lady just wanted to sit in her office with her feet up. I had to wait 40 minutes before some insurance writer guy walked out with me. They did not go over what was going to happen they said they would call, day two no call, so I called. Girls says it could be a week before my vehicle is looked at.

I always had a good experience with Mercedes-Benz recommended body shops in the past. This time was different.
1. Repair estimate appointment was at 1 p.m. Sept 5th. I waited two hours for a damage inspection and another hour for the estimate.
2. No repair appointment was given until I emailed a request.
3. Vehicle mileage in on Sept. 25 was 40,452 Mileage out on Sept 28 was 41,198. Where did my car go this week and how did a new panel ding appear?
4. Estimate given increased by 58%. Why didn't service adviser call Mercedes to verify cost of chrome grill? Rim repair doubled in price.

I had to take my Jeep Compass in for body work. The initial time estimate from the insurance company was 4 days. I did not expect this to be an accurate estimate however the communication with Car Crafters was awful. They did not call me to let me know the new time frame.They NEVER called me to give me an update without me calling 1st. When I did call it took 2-3 days for them to return my calls and ultimately I first needed to complain about the lack of response before they responded. When I did get through to someone and got a target date for completion I was happy however that target date came

The receptionists are amazing. The manager I worked with, Matt, was superb and I really enjoyed interactions with the mechanics. I came in to have aftermarket body and paint work done on my Mustang and everything came out just as perfect as if it came new out of the factory in only 4 days. Me and other mustang crew in town were very impressed with the quality of work. They even kept the crew there for me an extra half hour after close on a friday to help switch my license plate that has specialty lock bolts and requires removal of the bumper. Amazing place. This place sucks. I brought my car in to get an estimate, which I thought was 30% to high. I said that I didn't want them to repair the car. So, when I picked it up the passenger door was completely taken apart. I asked that they put it back, but they said that I signed something allowing then to leave it that way. It felt like they were trying to punish me for not having them do the repairs. I will never go back there again.
