I am extremely pleased to see wrenches falling out of the under carriage of my friends mother's truck after work has been completed here. It went in for upper control arms, front tires and alignment. They blamed the loose steering on older rear tires, messed up the front bumper and I have been hearing things fall and ping since retrieving the truck yesterday. I hadn't found anything besides the lower AIR DAM falling off last night! Today in lockport a 21 mm wrench flying off and I turned around to get it. This is absolutely terrible and unsafe to practice. We will not return here. I will post a

I was early for my front end alignment, but it didn't matter. They were working on it within 10 minutes of my arrival. Alignment was out of whack and Tom said I didn't need any parts after checking the ball joints, tie rods etc...(That's honesty) They also caught that the front wheels were out of balance (hence the vibration on expressway) Now my Acura TL sails smooth at 80mph. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
