Seller beware! Upon being hired by our potential buyer for our home to conduct the inspection, he BROKE into our detached garage without permission when the seller had already been contacted about a key. When the seller confronted him on the matter his response was "Most people don't mind". I am not sure what world he lives in but everyone we have spoken to about this scenario had the same response as us. His behavior was completely unprofessional and without integrity. I would question all the other "information" he placed in his report since he was willing to compromise his integrity by breaking
