Our bodies are the vehicles we use to get through and experience life. TaeKwonDo can be practiced by everyone, at any age, regardless of previous activity level, athletic ability or strength. TaeKwonDo is an activity that can be practiced for a lifetime. With the practice of TaeKwonDo, you'll develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
You'll also learn empowering self-defense skills. Through practicing TaeKwonDo, students become sharper mentally. Physical activity strengthens our minds. Our TaeKwonDo program has the added benefit of integrating discipline which can be transferred to every aspect of life. Focus, mindfulness, and concentration on martial arts practice develops those skills in other areas as well.

The Little Lions program (ages 3 to 5) consists of a curriculum focused on improving pre-school aged children's basic focus and motor skills. These skills will help our students enter society with a confident and enthusiastic approach. We believe the time between ages three and five are the most important years of a child's development.
Our Youth Program is offered for children Ages 6-12 years old. In this Program, children are not only taught the physical side of Tae Kwon Do, they are also taught life skills that will help them in every aspect of their life. With the discipline, focus and concentration that is instilled in the child, self-esteem and confidence is gained.
Our Program for Teens and Adults is offered for the ages of 13 and up. In this type of Program, flexibility, endurance, conditioning, and self-defense is more developed through stringent training and more specified techniques. Our Tae Kwon Do instruction provides a set of guidelines to enable one to act correctly in almost any situation, thus eliminating indecision or uncertainty and building confidence and self-respect.
We will require each student to do homework for an hour each day. If they do not have homework, they will participate in some educational activity, such as reading. Each student will receive Taekwondo Instruction as part of the program. In addition students will have the option of taking classes at no additional charge.

My boys have been a part of Roar for over 5 years now and I can’t say enough good things. I use the summer camp and after school programs and my oldest is a high blue belt who also takes weapons class while my youngest is a Little Lion getting ready to go into the regular classes soon. Roar has been a godsend for us. They work with my schedule and on top of that the huge improvement I’ve seen in my boys is incredible. My boys can count in Korean and Spanish, they have so much more confidence and discipline, they understand respect and they adore Master Surendra and Mister Bradley.

I've waited a full year to write this review. My son has excelled at TKD under the instruction of Master Surrendra and Mr. Bradley - they are fantastic instructors. Should you decide to go to ROAR, you will likely experience the same great classroom experience, but there is definitely room for improvement on the business end of things.

My child has been attending maybe 1 year and half off and on. This current year things have gotten a bit shaky. Master Surendra is rude and unprofessional to parents which he only speaks, talks and shares information with some. He never speaks to me and always sends messages with the kids to deliver to parents. Bradley and Chelsea are super sweet and caring. Master Surendra speaks about respect which he does not have. He tells kids they complain if they mention anything to him regarding another student bothering them. He has a problem putting his hands on the kids when parents are not around- roughly

This place is Amazing! My son had a rough couple of first days, but Master Never gave up on him and kept encouraging him. This has helped him greatly and really has given him something to look forward too! My son LOVES Master and Mister Bradley. This place has great kids, environment, teachers, and parents. I am so glad we took this chance, and it has made us feel more a part of this community after just moving to this area. I highly recommend this school of Tae Kwon Do!

My two children (8 & 6) have been enrolled with Roar for 3 years now and we have absolutely loved every moment of it. Master Surendra and Mr. Bradley are awesome teachers and love all of the children. My children have grown so much in respect and responsibility and I credit that a large majority to their time with Roar.

100% this is a place you need to go! Before I had no confidence, but honestly this is a great place to work out, to work on your flexibility, to work on your strengths. Master Surendra is very professional, and he always makes classes seem so much fun even when I am super tired he always hypes us up.

Master Surendra is a great instructor and fantastic with kids. Highly recommend. The summer camp program provides lots of opportunities and the year round Taekwondo program has been great in teaching my son discipline, focus, and drive. Yes there are fees for testing and special events, but they should be expected as with any activity (like dance recital fees!) or sports costs. We love Roar and will continue to be enrolled.

We have had a very good experience with Roar and their summer camp program.
The staff is kind and no nonsense approach to bullying and behavior. They have fun weekly planned events, from swimming to going to see movies to monkey joes to bowling. My son is loving the program and says he'll be a ninja by the end of summer.
My only complaint is that commutation is somewhat lax. I never know what activities are going to be or if he needs sunscreen.
Also it seems like they nickel and dime families z every time I turn around there are new fees: want your child to break a board? Fee. Want your
