Professor Aaron and his lovely wife Kim have an awesome gym! I could not imagine going anywhere else to learn BJJ! The environment is so welcoming and you’re treated like family from day one! I encourage anyone that interested in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and overall fitness to give them a shot.
Oh!! I forgot to mention, they have an incredible kids program! There nothing better than knowing that your child could fight off an attacker at a young age!! All of my kids attend and absolutely love it!!
Keep up the good work guys and I look forward to many more years!

I recently dropped into Art of Motion Jiu Jitsu for a week of training while visiting family. I needed a place to train No Gi for a week. Art of Motion came up in my search and offered a free week of training on their website.
It can be intimidating visiting a new gym, but the owner Aaron couldn't have been any nicer or more welcoming to me. The instruction he provides is top notch and well explained. One of the days was a Gi class, Aaron provided a Gi to me at no cost.
If you are thinking of trying Jiu Jitsu (clearly you are if you're reading this post) sign up today on their website for the

So I have been going to AOM for awhile now! I have been so pleased and taken myself way out of my comfort zone and could not be more happier. If it were not for the amazing instructors and training partners I don’t think I could have done this. The environment is very chill and welcoming. You always get a smile from everyone and the instructor teaches where I can understand at a newbie level🤣. My children also take classes and ask everyday is it time to go see Coach Aaron! I highly recommend this gym and I promise you will not regret it. Ladies come on I promise you will love it I for one

Without any previous martial arts experience but after much research, it was apparent that training BJJ was the path for me. The search for a place that was friendly to beginners (but provided the opportunity to grow), close enough to home, and affordable for my family was on.

Prof. King said, "The hardest thing that folks walking through the door for the first time will do in this building is often stepping onto the mat for he first time." It's important to distinguish here between "hard" and "challenging." Each class (I've taken BJJ and Group Fitness
