I've been going to Smilesavers Dental for about 8 months after a bad experience with my previous dentist. What a difference! Dr. Lopa Shopa did a (much needed) deep cleaning and installed 4 crowns, the last 2 being finished today. Dr. Shah works quickly and efficiently, while still maintaining high quality. I feel she cares about my comfort in the chair and tends to minimize my time there. I also find her dental staff, Melissa x 2, to be very competent. This was my chosen provider for dental services. When I called about two weeks ago to make an appointment, I spoke to someone who was able to look up my information and give me an appointment date for 2 days away from the current appointment date. I needed my FSA card for the appointment. I decided to wait to call back for the appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Shah and her clinic. I found Dr. Shah from Yelp as I saw she had so many good reviews. I had sharp toothache while I was traveling here, so I was so worried about whether or not I could find a good dentist. Fortunately, we found Dr. Shah. This is not at all professional dental clinic. I waited 30 mins for my appointment. And after knowing about my Cigna HMO insurance benefits, Dr.lopa shah denied my regular cleaning and said due to my tartar it should be done only deep cleaning for which i need to pay $534, why would i? So i paid the 5$ co pay for visit and came back. Such waste of time visiting this doctor. She thinks only she has a job not me.before scheduling appoint they need to understand what my insurance pays and all. No homework, i would recommend not to go here.

I went to Dr. Shah with all kinds of problems (gaps, damaged fillings, fallen fillings, etc.). She created a plan that I could live with, and then systematically proceeded to resolve all my dental issues. She was methodical and meticulous, yet set up appointments to use my time efficiently. I am happy with the service I received and enjoying eating food with no issues in the teeth. My teeth look great again. Thanks, Dr. Shah!!!

Dr. Shah and the staff are very professional and friendly! They offer excellent service and strictly follow the COVID safety protocols. I got multiple fillings done and I have no complaints. I absolutely love Dr.Shah. She really made me feel comfortable and I appreciate that she made time in the schedule for me to get multiple procedures done, all in the span of one week. I am also very pleased with the work that she did. I no longer feel sensitivity in the areas where I was feeling it. Her staff was very welcoming and professional, as well!

We made a mistake going there. I did a deep cleaning and cleared the bill($50) immediately. Dr. gave the estimate and said it's only $50 to be given from our pocket. Rest of the amount from insurance. After 1 year they came up with a new due amount for the deep cleaning done 1 year back saying insurance company was not paying. Was it the first time Dr. doing estimation or first time she was doing deep cleaning!
Further, it was $126 which they charged again. Total $176 for deep cleaning.😕 It is not little amount. It's our hard earned money. Giving this 1 rating is also much more than they deserve

I wonder why this place is highly rated! They put their gloves on, picked up something dirty on the ground (or touched a very dirty phone and keyboard) and then went into my mouth, and this happened several times! Like every time I had to remind them to change their gloves! Absolutely the worst place to go for dentistry!!

Dr. Shah spent 5 minutess cleaning my teeth. Sh scraped under the gums in a manner that I was jumping because of the tenderness with each tooth. (This has never been my experience with prior cleanings.) Then she complimented me on the good job I am doing cleeaning my teeth. Just wierd! There were other issues with how she was charging, a referral I needed to an endodontist and more. It's better for me to just move on to another dentist. Dr. Shah's customer service was awful. I was also using Delta Care Insurance, which she said was not really insurance. Go figure...not one of my best

Been going to Dr Shah for past 3 years and my oral hygiene has improved a lot. Tips given me and frequent appointment reminders have helped me keep my teeth in good shape. We have been going to Dr. Lopa Shah for last 10 years, we find her to be honest and thorough with her treatment. We recently got my 6 year daughter treated with multiple cavities with her, we were more than satisfied with the treatment. We were earlier taking her to pediatric dentist, However we skipped dentist visit for a year, and she was diagnosed with 8 cavities! The BAKD treatment plan suggested 6 baby root canal and 2 extraction. Lopa Shah's treatment plan suggested 4 baby root canal and 4 fillings and ended with only 1 extraction and 1 baby root canal. I went in for x-rays and a new-patient appointment. I was told that I would need $2500 in work though I am in no pain. They advised a deep cleaning for $80, a "great rate." I said I would do that while I considered the rest. I came, had my deep cleaning, and paid my $80. The very next day I got a call saying that I owed $240 more because the rate was really only for 1/4 of the cleaning.
They apologized and offered $5 off the rest of my work. I cancelled all future appointments and do not recommend. Between inflated estimates and excessive charges, I would not trust this dentist for

I would give Smilesavers six stars if I could. All of the staff is friendly and competent. I am never kept waiting longer than a few minutes. Dr. Loopa Shah has done deep cleaning, root canal and a crown for me and I have never felt pain during or after the procedures. The practice is easy to get to with plenty of parking. Fantastic all around.

Dr Shah is very patient with her patients. She tells upfront what services are absolutely required for me and my wife. She made sure the anesthesia did not have any unexpected side effects and exactly told us how long the numbness or the pain would last. Would definitely recommend my friends and co-workers to her. Her staff is very friendly and the atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming.
