If I could give this company a negative score I would. These people harassed me, insulted me and threatened me! PLEASE READ! I was looking for a service that didn't use a lot of water to clean carpets. I wanted them to clean the areas where my cats vomited and to spot treat 4-5 spots where my cats urinated. I decided to go with this carpet cleaning service. Little did I know what nightmare awaited me. The company came out and "cleaned" my carpets. Such rude customer service. I called to cancel because the kids have covid and I don't want to expose her workers. She picks up saying, "well i don't know who you are", I reply saying I was about to tell you my name.

Excellent Service!! I had an issue with the tenant ruining my carpets with cat and dog urine. Vicky was more than helpful. Bob was at my house by 3 o’clock that day actually cleaning them. They run an absolutely fantastic company I couldn’t speaker higher of the service I received. Bob was very meticulous and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets there is absolutely no cat or dog urine smell in my house whatsoever and I honestly couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking to have your carpets cleaned or anything services by these people I would absolutely recommend them!

Bob at Courtesy chem dry just cleaned my carpeting in the condo that I just sold. I could not be happier with the job that he did on carpet that by rights should really have been replaced by now. Somehow he persevered and the carpeting came out wonderfully well and I was very pleased. I highly recommend courtesy chem drive to anyone who needs experience professional carpet cleaning. Just talk to Vickie at their office and she will arrange an appointment and you will not be sorry. Thanks again Bob and Vickie!

This could have been a 1-Star Rating, but it is definitely a 5-Star Rating now! We made an appointment to have a very small job done.......just the carpeting on the 14 steps leading to the upstairs of our home. I was told there was a minimum charge which I found very reasonable. The service technician showed up early and did what guess he considered to be a finished and good job. After he left, my wife noticed that the edges of the steps were still black.........which was the primary reason for having them cleaned. She took three white cleaning rags and wiped along the edges of 3-4 steps......

I have to say thank you to the owner who came and cleaned my long overdue sofa and area rugs! He not only cleaned our dog dirty sofa- it looks like new now, but also made our area rugs look like new. The most important part of the job to me was that he protected our new hardwood floors.
He spent a great amount of time prepping and I thank him for that.
I cannot thank Courtesy Chem-Dry enough for the great job they did once again.
They will be the only company we use.
They come on time and stay as long as necessary to do the job right!

Please re-read my first review. It is a shame this saga continues with outright lies and misrepresentations. I have attached a photo of your invoice which contradicts what you state "extremely soiled and reappearing stains". This was the first cleaning for our year old carpet and there were no permanent or reappearing stains. But more importantly, this proves you are lying when you say I threatened you with a negative YELP review. That is beyond the pale and why I asked you for nothing except to leave me alone. You provided poor service and even worse customer service. See the second

I was so happy with this service. I'm terrible with names but they sent someone that shot it straight and got the job done right. I had a dog pee on my couch,everyone knows how hard that can be to remove and I'm telling you there is no sign of it on my couch!!! They have an amazing solution for the removal of pet urine. I 1000% recommend this service.

I recently needed my carpets cleaned due to current landscaping (mud all over), my dogs (being locked in the house from current landscaping) and the previous tenants 2 large dogs... .
I have to say not only did I called two days before Thanksgiving and was pleasantly worked into their schedule but the carpet which you should have been thrown away way before me moving in looks better than I would have thought possible. The carpet is clean, and no smell.
Art did an amazing job. He was thoughtful of my needs, cost, future issues etc. He communicated with me throughout the process and the price

We have pets. Dogs, cats and two pet rabbits. We also have a granny flat attached to our home that we needed to make presentable for tenants. Three complicating factors: the bunnies had sometimes missed their litter boxes and left urine on the carpet, the other carpet company was a no-show yesterday morning and our tenants were due to move in yesterday afternoon.
My friend was helping me set all of this up. He called Stanley Steamer to clean our carpets yesterday afternoon. There was no way they could do so without leaving the carpets wet and then damp for a good two days. No way would this work
