Our housecleaning journey began in 1998 when Rosa- who arrived in San Diego North County in 1987 - was hired by an independent housecleaner who trained her to clean professionally. Rosa worked with her professional cleaner for a few years and slowly began building her own clientele with time. To this day, Rosa is still working for the same clients since 2007, offering her housekeeping and caregiving services.
The most impressed clients have even referred Rosa to some of their family members, and she is now helping them as well. Ricardo, her husband, is a long-time resident of Oceanside who arrived to San Diego North County in 1993.

Our ProCleaners bring their supplies and work from a comprehensive checklist that you can tailor to your liking. We will always try and send at least one of the same ProCleaners already familiarized with your home and cleaning preferences every time. Communication, level of cleaning, little extras like trash bags in the bathrooms & sweeping inside the closets, all added up to 5 stars for me. Irma & her team (I wish I had written down their names) were so efficient they finished sooner than I thought but everything was still sparkling. I recommend Rosa's and will use their service again.

I was helping my 92-year-old mother find a house cleaning company to give her house a good deep cleaning. Checked with a few different companies and decided to go with Rosa's ProCleaning and we're glad we did. Initiated contact via the Request a Quote option on Yelp and they responded quickly. Competitive pricing. Had 3 employees clean my condo and they did it in within 2 hours or so. The house looked clean at a glance but deeper inspection will show that it's surface level. They used this weird chemical on my stainless steel appliances that left a residual that's hard to remove.

Rosa's ProCleaning visits us every two weeks. We look forward to coming back to a fresh smelling and clean home. Each of the cleaners has been very nice and considerate. Occasionally there are missed spots in areas, yet there are times when I've watched them roll up a rug to vacuum and mop under it.
There are current staff changes, which affect the frequency of booking and the need to train new employees. Once this is done, we intend to have them come more often.

Goodness they're so good! We're so happy with these cleaners after having a subpar cleaning company to come clean our house.
The cleaners were professional and thorough. I'm quite detail oriented and they have exceeded my expectations. For example, all the counter tops were scrubbed leaving them clean and smooth. The carpet and even couch and bed surfaces were vacuumed. Windows and blinds were cleaned. Every surface was wiped down. Things were tidied up. When I came home it just felt so nice to walk in the house!

Amazing job today! I only had two days off so I needed a cleaning done yesterday or today. Yesterday morning I started the Yelp quote process (my favorite way to find great businesses!) One company wasn't available until Friday, another not until 2pm Wednesday. Then Ricardo from Rosa's replied and they had a team available for Wednesday 9am. Perfecto!
