Awesome job! BC Steamer cleaned our kitchen tile floors after we had a major spill in the kitchen. They have also cleaned our truck interior when we spilled a smoothie in the back seat. Since we seem to be accident prone, it is so great that we can call them and they do an amazing job cleaning up our catastrophes.

We used BC Steamer to clean our 3pc sectional and it turned out perfect!!!!! We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend this company. Micah is professional and prompt, and they are very affordable. With teenagers and a dog in the house, even taking our shoes off at the door doesn't stop the dirt from showing on our light beige carpets. However, you cleaned the stairs and the hallway, all the main room, plus the area rugs and my well-loved sofa beautifully. I appreciated your text reminder and that you took all major credit cards. These guys are great! Recently we had a disaster in our kitchen. A wine rack fell on our liqour cabinet and shot glass and a mix of whisky and red wine all over the tile floor. We were afraid the alcohol would stain the grout and the tile. BC came out the next day and steam cleaned the kitchen and it looks better than new. I am very happy with the work. Highly recomended.

I called them originally for a quote but (Amber - I think) the wife, who answered the phone was so kind and accommodating, I figured why look any where else. They cleaned 2 rooms and 2 floor rugs for a reasonable price and I love it. Micah (husband)came to my home today (8am appt.) while I was at work (major plus) and by the time I made it home it was perfect and dry. My daughters room and family room where a mess, they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! I will definitely use them again........

I used the quote tool in Yelp for the first time while looking for a carpet cleaning service. BC's great service started with the initial estimate. Even though I included sq. footage in my quote request (along with the fact that we don't have carpeted stairs) - a lot of the other companies responded with vague/useless estimates and questions that indicated they did not read the quote request.
Amber responded with clear information and appointment availability. Their pricing was extremely competitive and I was able to get an appointment within 2 business days.
