It gets busy once summer and winter come around, so it's best to have your cooling system checked out in the spring and your heating system in the fall. To remember, you might plan the check-ups around the time changes in the spring and fall.
Duct cleaning generally refers to the cleaning of various heating and cooling system components of forced air systems, including the supply and return air ducts and registers, grilles and diffusers, heat exchangers heating and cooling coils, condensate drain pans (drip pans), fan motor and fan housing, and the air handling unit housing (See diagram).

Of course it’s Saturday at 4:30pm and have someone arrive at our condo and air condition is not working and it’s 86 inside. Called to Manatee Air with who we have a contract to maintain our A/C twice a year, and Luis was there within 45 min. Took him 20 minutes to fix! Happy customer, and would definitely recommend.

Called Manatee Air attempting to find someone who could check my A/C that had stopped working during an extremely hot afternoon. Vickie was extremely helpful and was able to schedule a technician to check it the same afternoon! Phillip arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and had my A/C running again. He was extremely polite and very professional while at my home. Thank you all!

Our AC stopped working at the most inopportune time as I had my daughter and five friends en route to use our beach house. Thankfully the Manatee Air team showed up in 2 hours to do a temporary fix and then came back 4 days later to put in a new system. I had to manage this from afar and the communication was great. They will be my go to HVAC service from now on.

Today, 2/2/2021, after a dissatisfying service call yesterday by another AC repair, (mostly Replace the entire system mentality) I called Manatee Air Heating and Cooling to come and take a look at my AC compressor. A young courteous, friendly, and polite technician by the name of Efraim, came right on time and asked what seems to be the problem. As he listened to me describing the problem, he said, oh sure, we can repair this, a burned motor and capacitors, as he checked the unit to be sure that was the problem. Within 30 min later the compressor was running like a charm. He did not try to sell
