Serious health risks can arise from dust, pollutants, allergens and mildew contaminating your air flow system. In some cases an endless cycle of unhealthy air is continuously recirculated which can lead to unpleasant odors. Using a high-tech camera, Mr. AC provides air flow system inspection services for mildew and other pollutants.
Ductless systems (or mini-split systems) are very efficient and provide consistent room comfort. A ductless heat pump or air conditioner typically consists of a wall-mounted indoor unit combined with an outside compressor. It's most often used in a situation where a window style AC unit would be considered but not preferred, such as a new addition to a house, a sun room or enclosed lanai.

Mr. AC has been wonderful to work with. After the first time, I signed up for a maintenance plan, and have not regretted it since. The office ladies are always super nice and helpful. The technicians are not trying to sell you up equipment, they are there ready to handle issues and service your needs and are capable of explaining the issues on multiple levels. This is a company I do not hesitate to highly recommend.

Mr. AC installed a new HVAC system in my home in April 2021 for $5,100. From the beginning it never worked right. If I had the thermostat on 74, the room temperature would stay at 78 and not budge, for example. I complained and they changed the thermostat with no success. It is now December 15, 2021, and I just got it to totally work by hiring… a different company, who came out the very same day I called and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, and then fixed it right away. My AC was not working and being new to Florida I have never had a HVAC before. After speaking with the friendly operator, I was quickly in contact with some who had a professional (Charles) to my house in no time. Charles quickly assessed the problem and advised me on how to fix it myself. Unfortunately for me, it was a serious clog and I had no time to fix it before an upcoming trip. Charles came back out and fixed the problem. I’ve now signed up for their cleaning program to be proactive and because I’ve very pleased with the service.

I was in the process of selling my condo and needed a service on my unit. Jessica was amazing to answer my call after hours and walk me through everything. I only had a short window before my closing and she ensured it would be no problem that they could squeeze me in. The technician, Frank D, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during the two hours at my unit. He talked me through everything he was doing, why he did it, and gave upkeep comments to me to follow. Such an amazing guy to work with. I 11/10 recommend using Mr. AC!

Mr. AC, owned by Andy and Renni Naylor, the office manager Jessica, and installation professionals Dave Loyd and Jordan U did a great job. Stay away from Mr. AC...I spent 14k on 2 ac installation on 2 town houses with them. The company changed their rates 3 times, charged me last minutes fees on ladder they couldn't provide after we agreed on a price and didn't provide me invoices after asking them, they didn't provide a ladder for the city inspector even though it's their… responsibility (inspector confirmed its their obligation) and I was supposed to take care of this even though I already paid for it, their prices are really high (tried charge me $400 to replace a capacitor worth $10) and the only thing they see is their

Mr AC is most definitely the Company to call!
I was in the midst of purchasing a home when I first called to set up a time to have my air ducts cleaned, sanitized, my dryer vent cleaned and all of my Vents replaced. My closing got delayed by a few days and I had to call and reschedule.
They were Gracious and accommodating. They sent Robert to do the job and he was knowledgeable, professional and down right nice! I should also mention on time!
He started the job in the morning and I had to go to work so he locked everything up for me, called and I was able to pay over the phone and when

Our AC was not cooling the house properly. I called Mr. AC, they were able to come out the next day to determine the issue. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They determined that I needed a new coil. Once I authorized the replacement, Mr. AC was able to get the needed part and make the repairs within a matter of days (I should add that we were never without AC).
I can not thank Mr. AC, and especially Charles F., for a tremendous experience. Being new to Florida, I didn’t know who to call, but I’m so glad that I found Mr. AC, and I will absolutely be using them for all future AC

In our 22 years of living in Florida, Mr AC cooling and heating is the worst AC company that we have ever used. We bought and they installed a brand new unit 13 months ago and they have had to come out many many times because unit stops working. When we call them, the customer service representative is is often rude and response time is slow. The technicians who come to the house are friendly and seem knowledgeable, however the fix never lasts long and the unit soon stops working again. The most recent failure was repaired and it was only one week until the the unit stopped working again. When

Jaid was AWESOME!! He spent a couple hours with me reviewing what I needed to know about putting in a new AC System because it was time. I was trying to decide if we should even redo the Ductwork because all our AC output grills had extensive mold on them. He even agreed to take the grills off and get pictures inside the ducts which proved to me my ducts were full of mold, as we suspected. I’ve been using Mr. AC for more than 6 years and have been very pleased with their quality service. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. AC.

Beware the flat fee. I hired this company last year when a relay went out. They tried to charge me $100 for a $8 part. I called them out on it and they adjusted the price.
This year they called me for a service. I explained what had happened last year and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. When my AC went out earlier this month I gave them another chance....stupid! They charged me nearly $900 to replace the blower. I asked them for an itemized breakdown of parts and labor. Great and prompt service. Moved here over a year ago and had a service plan with a different company but mid summer when air was not working they couldn't get here for 4 days. Mr AC Cooling and Heating installed a new air conditioner unit at my sister's house recently and we couldn't have received better service. The work was done on schedule and very professionally. The response to my initial call was fast and very courteous. I thoroughly believe that this company believes in customer satisfaction. Andy Naylor the owner was wonderful and provided a quick, honest response to our questions and request for an estimate. The cost was very competitive for the name brand system.

Every now and then I make a fool of myself by trusting and not questioning appropriately. My previous contractor recommended complete replacement of my system under "suspicious" circumstances and I trusted them. I can't prove wrongdoing but I think everyone has experienced that bad feeling in your gut. Unfortunately I only researched my contractor after the fact to find Yelp reviews that were horrendous - not one review above 1 star with identical stories to mine where replacement was recommended and a second opinion found a $200 fix.
