Meet Chris-The Owner of Check it Out Home Inspections. He has a wife and 3 beautiful children. Chris has been doing construction for both commercial and residential for over 30 years and inspections for 7+ years. If you are looking for a detailed, thorough and thoughtful inspector, ask for Chris. I connected with Chris before the inspection to make sure I could join him on the walk - No Problem! He explained what he was looking at and taught me about my prospective home. He has a background in construction, and has been in the business for a long time! He walked me through estimates for repairs, and answered all of my questions at the end of the inspection to make sure I had a good idea how to prioritize the findings with my real estate agent. He is an excellent inspector and I would recommend him to anyone
