Earl was truly fantastic. Earl inspected my new build home in 3 phases and each time in between would spend time on the phone with my answering all of my questions. He had patience with my questions and this I really appreciated. Earl knows what he’s talking about and each time I would get off the phone or he inspected my home, I felt at ease knowing my home was going to be ok and safe. Besides the fact that he knows what he’s doing, and he does it right, he simply is professional, kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the whole process of each phase in your new home construction

Mr. Hughes did a home and pool/spa inspection for us. He was very professional and very well-informed. My husband is a veteran and I work for the VA, so when we saw that he is also a veteran, we wanted to support his business. He gave us a 10% veteran discount which we weren't even aware he offered. His report was thorough, timely (report produced the same day), and he offered advice to ensure our home will be protected in the future. Earl arrived on time and completed a very through inspection of our new home. He found things we did not even think to look for. He was very personable and knowledgeable in the field and we felt confident hiring him to do the job. He has very fair prices and I would absolutely hire him again. I will be recommending him to my family and friends for sure.

Earl provided excellent customer service. He actually spent his own time completing the inspection the day before we were scheduled to meet so he was familiar with the property when we showed up. He photographed the property pre-cover as well so we'd have a picture library for future reference. Even after turning over the final report and receiving payment, Earl continued to answer questions, do additional research on our behalf, and personally deliver back-up materials. Very pleasant to work with!
