Mark did a last minute inspection for me today, a day before my home builder is going to do a final warranty walk through. I only called him a couple days ago, so he was very responsive and professional and now I will feel much more confident when I hand his report to the home builder and be sure everything gets resolved before the warranty expires. I highly recommend HTown Home Inspection.

Mr. Roach was very helpful and found all the deficiencies the house had, and others that I would of never though to look for. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. He took the time to inspect everything where other inspectors (in my opinion) did not take enough time to go over everything. At the end of his inspection he explained to us the findings and what they meant. We highly recommend him to others. I know I will be recommending him to my relatives and friends.
