My wedding ring is very sentimental to me. I lost one of my diamonds 3-4 years ago. I have not been able to wear it. I bought other rings but it did not have the same meaning. I went to Michael’s Creative… Jewelry met with designer Emily Garippa she helped design my 30 year wedding ring using my original gold and center stone which meant the most to me. Here is my ring. It is more beautiful in person. Thank you Michael’s Creative Jewelry and Emily!!!❤️

To celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary my husband wanted to upgrade my wring while keeping my original bands ( very sentimental)❤️ We met with Randy. While speaking with him you could tell he wants to make sure you get exactly what you want, from choosing my stone to design..What an amazing experience. Randy was wonderful to work with. Michael’s… did an amazing job on my ring. It’s so beautiful. Randy came in on his day off to make sure we were satisfied. We’ve done business with Michael’s for 20 years. The work is outstanding & I would not trust

I recently lost my husband. I had his wedding band but it did not fit on my finger.
I went into the store and asked the man (unfortunately I did not get his name) if they had a ring guard for my husbands wedding ring (said with a slight crack in my voice)
He said yes, took the ring and went into the back.
Upon his return the ring had a guard on it and it fit my finger perfectly, I started to get emotional.
I asked how much and he said it was free. I cried and hugged him for his kindness.
I left crying...
I tell this story because you read the paper and sometimes you worry about people and how

My husband has purchased several pieces over the last 13 years for me from here. Eric was always wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, that was not our recent experience. The unprofessional woman repeatedly made fun of a piece I told her had sentimental value to me. I had asked her to stop more than once. This is inexcusable and just plain rude. I left the store very upset and crying. You just lost very loyal customers.

I have bought 3 pieces now from Michael's Creative Jewelry. I most recently had a pair of Alexandrite earrings made. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Susan at Michael's.
Susan was wonderful! She took a genuine interest in the design and also had Michael search for and hand pick the Alexandrite. She was totally transparent throughout the process and communicated every step of the way to make sure everything was exceptional.

I brought in the elderly gentleman that I assist. He had a new watch (not purchased at this retailer) that needed sized and links removed. I called in advance and was told the procedure and price so there wouldn't be any surprises.
The male jeweler that serviced us was sooooo accommodating and helpful. He held the door for us, ensured we had a chair, was friendly and took the extra time and detail to ensure the watch was properly sized. He went above and beyond to ensure our first experience was a success !!
In addition, he explained the watch doesn't auto adjust the date and advised

Michael's Creative Jewelry is just as it states! The most unique and breathtaking pieces I have seen in a very long time! The location is just beautiful! I was greeted by Susan Johnson. She had a very good eye for what I was looking at...and she simply came over and took the piece out without asking if it was the right one or if I wanted to see it. It was a very non threatening soft sell, more like a show and tell! My husband was promptly given their business card when I got home!!!!
