Travis and his team are AMAZING. I first contacted him back in 2019 as the videographer for our 2020 wedding and from the very beginning he was professional, approachable, and communicative (which I'm extremely appreciative of!). COVID hit and we had to delay our wedding twice; Travis was completely understanding and was so flexible whenever we reached out about the delays. It was so stressful and demoralizing to have to delay and replan things for our wedding, but we're so thankful that Travis made it so much easier for us.

My wedding was supposed to be in 2020 and bc of the pandemic, I wanted to cancel it a million times. I dealt with a lot of shady vendors who werent accommodating nor understanding when we were dealing w/ a world wide pandemic. I felt like Travis was accommodating and understanding throughout the whole process. My husband and I told ourselves eff it, we're going to have the wedding regardless and we are going to do as minimal planning and little details Bc you don't know what to expect and with all the uncertainty with COVID. We first met Travis back in 2019 when we first planned our first wedding. Due to the pandemic, we actually had to move our wedding 3 times. Each time we did, Travis has been super understanding and was able to accommodate. We couldn't be more grateful for him and his team for their understanding and being able to capture all the highlights of our special day. Omg. Travis and Anna are amazing to work with! They knew what we wanted without us telling them! We had them for 10hrs for our wedding day, and they were so professional! They were able to capture such special moments of us and our guests. Our wedding highlights edited and was delivered so quickly. I love our video so much, that I've been watching it almost everyday! I can't even begin to describe how perfect Travis and Anna was! They went above and beyond for us on our wedding and made sure everything went perfectly. They were so detailed and constantly check on my wife and I's outfits and hair and kept us looking on point!
They were so kind and personable! They treated us like family and made our day so special. And once we got the wedding video, we were blown away at how amazing and intricate it was!! They edited it exactly how we imagined and made it so personalized.

Travis and Anna were absolutely fantastic to work with - super responsive, kind, professional, and fun! From the moment we saw their work, we knew we had to have them as our videographers, and man did they deliver!!
I think what we appreciated the most was their flexibility and patience.. we had a ton of questions, and a number of requested edits. Spoiler alert : we ended up pretty much reverting to their original edit after all of that back and forth, because well - THEY'RE PROS! Travis and his team was one of the best vendors to work with throughout our entire wedding process. Not only did they make everything run so smoothly and easy but they were also very so creative, efficient, punctual, hard workers, easy to work with, and very genuine people. I have been following 8 Kinds of Smiles for many years now and i have to admit that their work continues to get better and better! I can't express how happy I am to have Travis and Anna to capture every moment of our wedding. Travis is so easy to work with, easy going, professional and down to earth. We first met back in March to go over our vision and how we wanted our wedding to be captured. He met all our expectations and more, I kid you not our same day video was beyond perfect. Words are not enough to express the amazing work that Travis delivered to us. All the way from start to finish he was super professional and made sure to catch all the moments that I couldnt even think possible. After having countless meet-ups with videographers in the OC/LA area, we were able to find the videographer for our big day. It wouldn't have been as special if we didn't find 8 Kinds of Smiles. I'm so happy we found 8 Kinds of Smiles and got the chance to book him for our special day! Travis and his assistant, Jason, were on point from the moment they started (10AM) till the end of the night (10PM). He was very easy to communicate with and worked really well with our photographer.
