I saw a lot of mixed reviews for this hotel but after booking a stay we found it to be better than many of the reviews. First of all, the staff were accommodating and excellent, they went above and beyond in customer service and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and its seems they are taking COVID precautions seriously. My room has a nice size balcony. There were plenty of food options within walking distance in the area. Overall we had a great visit.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place could have easily been a backdrop for a horror movie. The carpet was torn and wasn't secure to the floor, burn holes in the curtains,stained mattresses and worn out bed frames that looked like there had been a struggle. Stains all over the walls, the mini fridge was horribly warped and the bathroom was badly used/severely stained/in desperate need of new counter tops. None of the lights worked or didn't even have bulbs. As soon as you walk in you get the instant smell and feel of an old nursing home. One of the worst places I have ever seen. First of all, the price is UNBEATABLE for what you get. The rooms are super comfortable. Can we talk about how clean everything is?? I felt comfortable to shower without flip flops and that never happens. I loved the ambiance of entire hotel. Super peaceful and nice place to stay. And last but not least, the staff was all wonderful. Vernice at the front is the best!! Amazing customer service. Everyone made us feel welcome and everything exceeded our needs. I barely leave reviews but this place deserves one!

I found the Lincoln Inn Express hotel & suites on hotels.com and decided to book it for 2 nights. Main thing about this place was that the photos look decent enough and the price was within my budget.

Don't discount this hotel. The front desk was wonderful. The room looks old but nice for the price. Bed was comfy. Plenty of pillows. Wall mounted tv. Nice clean bathroom. No bugs. First thing I always do is check beds in every hotel.
A/c works fantastic. Our bottom floor has a nice little sitting area through a sliding door with two chair overlooking the pool

Breakfast has all kinds of starches: waffles, biscuits, oatmeal. No eggs or bacon. Grandy's is less than a mile away. Va hospital is a five minute drive.
Will stay here more often.

Management was super nice. I wish the hotel was as nice as management. The first room was dirty. So we switched. The second room had a water leak. Third room had bugs. After all of that I decided to try and get a refund. They were very understanding after all the inconveniences in 24 hours they gave it to me. I wish all hotel staff were this accommodating and helpful. Their customer service was awesome I just wish the hotel was in better shape because I would have stayed. The breakfast was awesome too!

This hotel is very run down looking and is very dilapidated. It was affordable so we did not go into this expecting the Taj Mahal but we did expect somewhat decent service, and sadly, that is not what was received. We stayed at this hotel on our way to a family get together and barbecue. With us we brought around $50 in steak and about $10 in ground beef for burgers. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel is because it advertised refrigerators and we needed to store our meat. The day of the reservation we had some car troubles with our rental car and ended up leaving Albuquerque fairly late
