Front Desk check in was swift and easy. Room was spacious and comfortable with awesome view. Valet service wasn't helpful, but it was probably an anomaly.

My wife and I stayed here for our 1st Anniversary. Reasonable cost with higher than expectations in hotel quality in aesthetics, comfort and hospitality. Wish we would have been able to dine at the hotel, but it was a solid location to walk around and have our fun.

Great stay. The room was nice and had a great view. I do wish they had vending machines and sundries though.

Not sure why the other negative reviews because our stay has been excellent. Clean quiet rooms and very comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and room service prompt and accurate. Definitely recommend. One last comment, the shower flow and pressure was outstanding, I dislike weak shower heads. A+

Well I'm really disappointed by this fairly fancy expensive hotel that doesn't function like a fancy expensive hotel. It's old and decrepit. Little things everywhere that don't work. And the staff is completely self-centered and not client focused. I'm completely annoyed by these people. The valet parking is highly dysfunctional. And I can't even get a cup of decaf coffee at 6:00 in the morning. The guy thinks I should just drink regular coffee instead. In too many ways do they think their opinion of what should be happening is superior to my own.

I have stayed at the Colcord many times over the years and have always been impressed with the friendly staff, great service and all-around wonderful experience. About a month ago, however, I stored my bag for about an hour and a half behind the front desk before leaving to head home. When unpacking at home a valuable item worth $800 was missing, and I'm sure it was there when I stored it. When I contacted the General Manager, "Blane," he did not bother to write down my name and said "I see your number" although I was not calling from my own phone. He promised he would

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. This website will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure!
Had such a nice stay here! Daniel was super nice and professional. Would love to come back here…beautiful and updated rooms!

This place was amazing to my bride and groom on their wedding night. I am an event planner and when someone stole the last slice of their wedding cake, I was able to grab one from the Colcord's restaurant and bar area while they were cleaning and closing down for the night. My bride was THRILLED and so was I. The service is great and at the end of a long day it was the perfect win for my couple and myself.

Receptionists were exceptional and very attentive.
Love there old hotels. Full of charm. Love it.
Got to my room (502) and found it very spacious had all that you need. Super nice.

Thanks Colcord. Great hotel with great staff. Not that I come to Oklahoma City at all, but if I did, I'd certainly stay here again.

We have stayed here every time we come to Oklahoma city. It is a quaint hotel and has been consistently great. They bring a pot of coffee to you in the morning, which is excellent. It's an elegant spot in the middle of Oklahoma city and it's interesting to walk around the area. The staff is responsive and we enjoyed their amenities. We don't even look to stay in any other hotels while we visit the area. If even come here for a stay cation to get away. It's quiet and clean.

Terrible concierge service . Had a bad attitude during check out. I've stay at many luxurious hotels, and this is by far not what I was expecting coming to Colcord.

Stayed here Friday night after driving part one of a cross country road trip (from GA to AZ and back). I was a little weary after reading some of the other reviews that they might treat my company and I less than stellar based on our appearance and age (young and visibly tattooed) -- but I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong.

Everything went perfectly. When we arrived, the valet was prompt and took the car after offering to help with our luggage. The check in went equally smooth -- got our room keys and kept it moving. They were quick to let us know the bar closed about 20 mins after

Loved this hotel! Beautiful architecture and comfy rooms. The staff was super nice, helpful and thoughtful. Located in Downtown OKC with great views of the city. It is a dog friendly hotel and the Botanical Gardens are across the street. Stay here if you're in OKC, it's not expensive either.

I do not think this hotel is 4.5 star as rated.

The bad: The amenities are slacking. There is no pool or spa. The bathroom is small and just a standard tub/shower. The paint is peeling. No coffee in the room. The plug in in the night stand don't work and the USB ports are broken.

The good: black out shades, an Alexa in the room.

Just not overly impressed as you would expect to see with a 4.5 star. The 4 stars I've seen in this area are equal or better.

Come here with no doubts whatsover. The hotel is classy with amazing towels, linens, goose down pillows, exquisite art and tasteful furniture. Both the public areas and the bedrooms are magnificent. I loved the thick towels, the crystal glass shower door, the modern technology to allow us to see our own Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. You will be more than pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is.

The hotel is beautiful and only a block from the Thunder game we attended. We thoroughly enjoyed our corner king room. The only drawback is that parking is stressful. Call ahead and get specific instructions on how to check in and where to park.

This is a historic hotel that has done a great job in preserving the look and style, but also added nice touches of modern. It is a beautiful, clean hotel. I came for a conference and the staff is super nice and was so supportive of our conference. They made us feel so welcomed and happy that we were there. They did everything well. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower is very nice. The WiFi worked very well. The meals were all really tasty. If you're staying in OKC I would highly recommend checking out this place.

It was a nice hotel, but based on reviews I expected more.

Pros:
* Good location
* Spacious, well-decorated rooms
* Nice touches (e.g., complimentary coffee delivery in the morning)

Cons:
* Front desk reps were not friendly or helpful (to be honest they came across snobbish)
* Isn't as big as hotels like nearby Sheraton so doesn't have amenities like nice bar area, etc.

There are times where I do not sleep in my own bed. Sometimes I need a mini stay-vacation here in the city. I recommend the Colcord Hotel. It has this modern deco decor. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom amenities is top notch/excellent. Don't forget to dine at Flint's downstairs bear the lobby. The food is wonderful. I'm a regular at that restaurant.

The hotel lobby was absolutely gorgeous and elegant touches are around every corner all the way to your room. We would love to stay here again and recommend anyone coming to OKC for business or pleasure to rest easy at the Colcord.

This hotel has potential and was nice, but not 5 star caliber.
Upon entering the room, a mildewy/musty smell hit me. After being in the room it subsided a bit after we cranked up the a/c, but still hit us every time we entered the room.
The bigger issue was the shower. I have never disliked a shower so much, except once on a cruise! You have to be in the tub, under the shower to turn it on. Hence, there is no way to avoid getting soaked with cold water. The positive, it wakes you up. Also, it is very awkward to get it to the shower. All I could think of was the troubles my 5' MIL
