Traci at Homefinders of Idaho was an absolute Godsend when we moved here from out of state 2 years ago. No one would accept us, what with the tight rental market in Boise, having 2 large dogs and my wife didn’t have a job lined up. We’re relocating from California to Idaho. Traci @ Home Finders Of Idaho was AMAZING!! Moving to a new state is exciting but stressful. I had reached out to a few other property rental agencies and they didn’t seem interested or engaged. I was not only deflating about our move but have second thoughts until I spoke to Traci. She was professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable in regards to what would be a good fit for us. If it wasn’t for Traci I’d still be sitting here wondering if we’re making the right move. Absolutely unprofessional! I submitted an application and waited 3 days and asked when I would hear back and they finally replied after several attempts to find out and said I had been denied. Which was weird because I know they didn’t verify employment, saying I work along side my boss all day long, so I called my previous landlord to find out if she had talked to them yet and she told me she got a message but was busy at work and she said she’d call them back.
