Boy, did I get lucky!! A friend referred me and I can't say enough about the job Missy did for me!! I was an out-of-state client so communication was key and Missy (together with Laura and Jennifer) did a fabulous job from start to finish. I think what impressed me the most was her thoroughness -- Missy didn't just take the first step but a second and third to get me the most information so I could make a well informed decision -- crucial to a newcomer to the Boise area. If you want the best, Missy and her team are for you!!!

Missy Coman has helped us purchase two homes and sell one home over the past 4 years. She has been nothing short of outstanding in all regards. Her expertise and thoroughness are everything you hope for in a realtor. The icing on the cake is that she has a strong team to assist in coordinating the entire transaction to ensure that all details and deadlines are handled properly. Just as COVID-19 was taking off our family was just getting started with selling our house and buying a new one. Missy and Laura worked with us to get our house ready to sell and put on the market. Laura took us around to several houses around Boise, always maintaining the appropriate distance and wearing a mask as needed. She had amazing patience with our boys who had to come with us due to the need for social distancing, even letting our older kiddo get the "magic keys" to open the doors.
