Katie with Ascent Realty helped me buy my dream home in October 2015. She was professional in every aspect. As a very organized and detailed person myself, I greatly appreciated her high attention to detail. She was fast and efficient in her response time and helpful with all my questions. After a few months of trying to rent out my condo, I came back to her for help in selling it. She got it on the market fast, and got more money for it than I expected. It sold within 2 weeks.

I was looking for a 2nd home in Boise, ID away from where I currently live and I was referred to Katie by my realtor Las Vegas realtor. Katie was awesome! She has lived in Boise for a while and understands all the different areas and nuances of the neighboring cities. She took me around to different areas, and once I made an offer, she helped me close on my 2nd home rather quickly. Katie is literally the best realtor. She doesn't over look a single line on any contract and will revise or change anything to our best interest. She is always willing to go out of her way to answer all our questions (there were a lot). When we placed an offer on our home, she had it written up and ready to go before we even got home to sign! During our walk throughs she noticed things we didn't and we were so appreciative of her knowledge in the selling and buying process. We have already recommended Katie to everyone we know.
