"Charlie" had a ruptured cyst during the night and almost bled out before morning. When I pulled into the driveway and stepped out with "Charlie" in obvious distress, folks came out immediately and whisked him inside.
Minutes later, Cynthia came out with photos, diagnosis, and treatment options. My only instructions to Cynthia were; "I trust your judgement"
Was he well cared for? Yes
Was her treatment plan successful? Yes
Was it cheap? No
Was I satisfied? Yes, I'm sitting looking at "Charlie" nap after his evening meal.

On behalf of my mothers cat passed who away unnecessarily this past Monday, this veterinarian is to blame. Falsification of records for more money. Performs unneeded procedures. POOR customer service (YES, YOU Amanda) and zero accountability. I beg you to not bring your animals here... negligence that lead to murder and I pray for anyone who allows these people to touch their fur babies.

The vet was incredibly rude to my family. They called multiple times to find out how much a visit would be to get their dog meds for an obvious UTI. They said $55 for visit and $50 for urinary analysis. They took the dog back in the office, had her for more than 4 hours! Then, brought her back with a $500 bill. They gave her unnecessary XRays. My parents came to the office expecting a bill of no more than $150. They didn’t have the money to pay the bill at the time. When my parents went back to get more medication for the dog, she was rude. Again. Said they would NOT be giving more meds until

After reading some of these scathing reviews, I was worried the staff would be rude and I would end up paying too much for their services but that is absolutely not the case! I dropped my Freddy off this morning to be neutered, have his nails trimmed and get blood work done to get back up to date on heart worms and not only was the staff incredibly nice, the vet, Dr. Burnett, walked outside and talked me through his discharge instructions. The pricing is incredibly fair, especially for everything that he had done! I was absolutely thrilled with how me & my dog were treated!

It is a Wonderful Place, they very helpful & kind there. The Vet does house calls, I didn't ,know anyone did that , Of course I am from Carolina Beach!!! AND had a great vet there also, but after hours, If You had a emergency you had to take them to Wilmington, and it cost much more ++!.But I had a house full at that time, but little by little they all went to Animal Heaven++++.So when I moved to Wallace, I was only down to one cat+!! Cindy Burnett Mutilated all 11 tails of my AKC Rottweilers!!! All of their tails was docked incorrectly!! Not one or two all 11. Please explain to me how a Vet. can mutilate a entire litter of 11 puppies tails and state this happens. The staff is very rude!! As well as Cindy Burnett!!!!! I wouldn't take my dog, cat, horse etc. to her. I have pictures to verify what i'm stating. Please don't take your pet to her this is my honest opinion.

Been doing business with Cindy for many years now. Knowledgeable, compassionate. Just recently our dog was experiencing serious arthritis hampering her walking. It was a Saturday - my luck of course. Cindy treated her and she has recovered 90% mobility. Due to her age and advanced arthritis she will probably not ever 100%, but she has a quality of life that she wouldn't have had without our vet.
