Barclay has performed a few very successful jewelry repairs for me over the last few years.
Pros: The work is performed with care and expertise. I can count on a proper repair complete with cleaning up the finish on my jewelry every time.
Cons: I have had to eat some s**t from them each time I bring in a repair. Going forward I will take the time to find another jeweler, in an effort to avoid this habit they have. It is clear that a condescending attitude trickles down from the top at this shop. You can feel negative energy in the air. As an isolated incident it was annoying, but I now know in

What a wonderful experience working with Barclay's Jewelers was! My fiancé and I were new to the area when we met Tina and her husband - It's no easy feat matching a custom engagement ring to a band, but Tina did not give up on us. I brought two strings of pearls that needed cleaning and restringing to Barclays because of positive reviews that I found here on Yelp. Three- words- Professional, Courteous and Friendly. My Sales Associate was most helpful and spent time explaining the process and showing me things about the pieces that I would have not known otherwise. The finished work was excellent, completed on time and for the estimated price. I am not a jewelry expert but the price appeared to be more than fair for the amount of work involved.

Yesterday, my husband and I visited the store because he needed to re-size his wedding band. Sally and Raju immediately remembered us. Sally took care of him (she was the one who helped him choose the perfect engagement ring for me 2 years ago!) and it was very fast and she was very helpful. Raju was so kind enough to even clean my rings (engagement and wedding ring) at no charge and made them look brand new. He is very sweet as is Sally. I highly recommend Barclay's. My fiancé and I came to the Seybold building today to look at wedding bands for our wedding in November. The place he originally bought my engagement ring was closed and we ended up in Barclay's totally by chance. Galina and Elvin helped us and it was an AMAZING experience. I would actually give 6 stars if I could because this kind of service rarely exists, much less in Miami.
Raju and his team were extremely attentive and thoughtful with their recommendations. Raju and his wife are particularly warm and nice people .
I absolutely trusted their insightful comments about settings and styles for a custom engagement ring. My (now) wife loves the ring so much! Thank you for such an awesome and low pressure experience. Will definitely be back!

I rarely ever write reviews but my experience at Barclay's was more than deserving of one. I needed some repairs done on my engagement ring as the jeweler who sold it to my husband returned the ring to us with scratches and a setting that was not straight by any means. I came across Barclay's as I was reading reviews on Yelp and decided to pay them a visit. Everyone here is so helpful and incredibly friendly. Raju and Tina came highly recommended and I see why. Exceptional service and beautiful people. I had a watch polished. They were there to help not to sell or push an unnecessary overhaul. I also needed a ring appraisal and the pricing and service was also top notch. My fiancé and I will make Barclay's our long time jeweler. I already tried on my wedding band and will be returning in a week or so to purchase it. Spent a lot of time thinking about where to find my wedding band and was really lucky to find this place highly rated on Yelp!
