We offer a large selection of fine jewelry, including diamond jewelry, colored stone jewelry, engagement rings, wedding rings, pearls, platinum, gold and silver jewelry. We also have an extensive inventory of loose diamonds and colored stones. We can assist you in designing your ideal one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry using either your design or ours.
The word carat derives from the word carob, a Mediterranean seed, which has an extremely consistent weight for measuring. The greater the carat weight, the rarer, and more valuable the diamond becomes. Five metric carats weighs exactly 1 gram. Some people want the largest diamond possible.

Add-A-Pearl necklaces are usually started with 1, 3 or more pearls on a chain. You can choose to add a personal touch with an engraved charm or you may choose to enhance the starter necklace with a beautiful diamond or gold filigree clasp. Every necklace will arrive in our signature Add-A-Pearl necklace box, including an attractive booklet with information about the time-honored tradition of Add-A-Pearl.

Pickens Jewelers came highly recommended by two of my friends. Having used other jewelers in Atlanta, I found them to be very courteous and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of beautiful jewelry at a nice price point. They designed and made a floating diamond necklace for me end it turned out gorgeous. I was able to pick it up in two weeks! I would highly recommend this established store to everyone.

Lovely people, quick & excellent service. I was hesitant to take my diamond necklace anywhere after several bad experiences with jewelers, but Pickens is just around the corner & had great reviews. They shortened the chain exactly how I wanted, cleaned & polished it without me asking, and had the piece ready the following day. I will definitely be bringing more jewelry to them.

The most perfect place to go for all of your jewelry needs, wants. I grew up going here and always thought it was really just a place for mothers and grandmothers but boy was I wrong. Not long ago, they helped my nephew find the perfect engagement ring for his future bride and even though he was on a tight budget, they provided the highest level of service and found something that exceeded his expectations. I had several items I wanted checked out for to see if repairs needed. I completely trusted their honest opinions recommendations and suggestions and could not be happier with the result. They beautifully repaired a tennis bracelet where the latch was loose, re did the head of my engagement ring and repaired the channels of an anniversary band to keep the diamonds safe inside. Extremely reasonable prices and it was all completed in just a few days. Staff very friendly. Family run business. Only open weekdays. Parking was no issue.

The lady who took my ring seemed a bit short with me (probably because it was end of day) but hey they got the job done, and done well!
When I picked up my ring, a guy named Hayes was really nice and accommodating. My ring came out super shiny and gorgeous.

I came here to have my fiance's Hamilton stainless steel watch engraved. The watch was about a grand and was going to be gifted to my fiance on our wedding day so I didn't want just any engraving place to do it. After researching Pickens and another hand engraved jewelers, I decided to go with Pickens because the hand engraved jewelers cannot work with stainless steel. Supposedly hand engraving only works on softer metals such as gold and platinum or at least that was what I was told. I drove to Pickens on a Tuesday afternoon to see if they can engrave the small flat clasp closure on

TAKE YOUR JEWELRY REPAIRS ELSEWHERE! This business is NOT to be trusted. They will tell you one price when you drop off your jewelry repairs, then when it is time for you to pick up your jewelry the price will be 30-40% higher than the original quote. If you refuse to pay the higher price, they won't give you back your jewelry! What a scam! Do not fall for it like I did. Walter Pickens is a true scam artist.
